        Pre-dawn as well as all hours of the day and night, all we hear are the screaming of revving engines and backfiring exhaust as numerous inconsiderate immature residents gun their engines like race cars accelerating to high speeds in what is supposed to be a parking lot and access/egress entranceway, on the way through the adjacent 20-miles-per-hour residential subdivision. Moreover, the noise occurs incessantly throughout the day, apparent including during business hours— audibly observable to ...
        everyone from several blocks away— even the hard-of-hearing senior citizen in bed without his hearing aid! Thus, despite being fully cognizant of the ongoing deliberately-disruptive behavior, the management of Newport Station purportedly “luxury apartment living” has been entirely dismissive of the recurrent sleep-depriving, nerve-wracking, intrusive noise pollution violations by residents’ vehicles.

        Love this place. Management helped get us in on a good deal right after I was laid off. Gave us time to get back on our feet and recover financially and emotionally. Plus, a brand new apartment is a good bonus. Can’t wait to see what events and fun stuff they have planned for the summer.

        Newport Station has been a fantastic place to live! The neighborhood is both quiet and conveniently located, offering easy access to everything while still feeling private and tucked away.         These apartments are absolutely ridiculous and whoever allowed these to be built, there is insane! The traffic is going to be an extreme headache! Unbelievable that they were allowed to squeeze all these apartment units in a small tiny area with no major thorough fair Road in and out. Someone should be ashamed for having built these where they did. And as far as the amenities go, I do not believe they will be part of those apartments those belong to the homeowners. If they do allow them to use ...
