Worse place
April 21, 2022So since we moved in we had issues. Management does nothing about them. My clothes got stolen in the laundry unit asked management to play camera so I could file a police report they said camera doesn’t work. Packages were stolen from my door. Gates are always busted! Why give us codes and cards for gate and gate is always open!!! Why is the walk in gate not closed Persons living all the way to the back like t u v j has to drive or walk all the way to the main gate to get out. It’s just ...ridiculous! Then they want to increase rent and not provide us with added security!Property Manager Responded

Terrible
October 23, 2020I Recently moved here with my 2 year old we were out on the third floor the walls are so thin that even if we made the slightest movement our downstairs neighbors would make make a noise complaint. I have been really stressed because I feel like we can’t even enjoy ourselves in our own home. I also have seen 3 roaches since I’ve been here pest control had come out twice and they are still here I feel like I made the worst decision everProperty Manager Responded

Love living here!
May 11, 2020My dog absolutely loves making friends at the dog park. We're in one of the buildings with a laundry so it's really convenient to use. Also really like having two pools here so we can pick which one we'd rather go to.Property Manager Responded

Great Place to Live
April 29, 2020I've lived at Nob Hill for going on four years now, and it has been an overall positive experience from the beginning. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance in particular always responds quickly and does a great job. I'm happy with the quality of my apartment, especially for the relatively low price. Generally I feel that it's a safe environment. I can't give five stars because there have been consistent issues with some of the community amenities, ...such as the laundry facilities and the front gate. But I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone and I'm very glad to live here.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartment Complex
April 23, 2020We love it here! We’ve lived here 3 years and it is a wonderful complex. Other than the occasional noises from upstairs neighbors or the trash department in the middle of the night, it is a pretty quiet place to live. They have amazing events for the residents, we basically live in a park, and the apartments are nicely updated for a good price. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

Great for a starter apartment, but..
April 23, 2020This place is great if you’re just moving to Nashville and can’t afford a more expensive place. The interior has been modernized and updated, which is nice. But like any complex, there are downfalls. The walls are very thin and you can hear just about everything that goes on in the breezeways and you have to get used to hearing everything your neighbor is doing. There are also no washer/dryers in the one bedrooms which is very inconvenient if you live a busy lifestyle and have to plan a day ...around doing laundry. If you’re a young single person looking to make friends in the complex, it may not be the place for you as the demographic is mostly families. Other than that, the staff has always been friendly. Pest control comes on a regular basis, maintenance is timely, and any issue is usually handled quickly.Property Manager Responded

A great place to live.
April 23, 2020Mob Hill is a great place to live. Bob Hill has 2 swimming pools, fitness center, and what I really like about it is it’s a gated community. I feel secure and safe. It is close to the airport and the highway system. They have community events 2 times a month where they have free food and prizes. They grounds are kept very nice and the apartments have the finest appliances. They also have a top notch maintenance staff. If you need maintenance or need something fixed it is fixed right away. ...Quit wasting you money on other rentals. Rent at the best place in Nashville, which is Nob Hill.Property Manager Responded
