The apartments themselves are a bargain. Most have balconies and since I'm at bottom floor, I have a big back porch to work with. Neighbors aren't annoying, but mostly quiet and keep to themselves. Apartments feature a good amount of storage space, a decent sized closet in the bedroom as well as one in the hall, as a well as a wide open living room. Kitchen is on the smaller size but makes good use of the space. Overall would rate the apartment at a 8.5/10.
