I'm on a short term lease because I am remodeling at my condo. Everything from lease to move in to maintenance requests has been smooth. Staff is rapidly responsive and helpful. Building is well kept and safe.

7th and G loft units have unique layouts that are spacious and well-maintained. From the application process to moving-in process, I was highly satisfied to the degree I am writing this review although I hardly ever write reviews. This apartment has everything I was looking for at a reasonable price at a great location inside the Gaslamp area. I highly recommend this place to whoever looking for a place in this area. Amazing staff, location, and apartments

I have lived here for almost 3 years. Eric and his staff are wonderful. They are responsive, sensitive to your needs, and very kind people. The condition of my apartment was great and at a reasonable price given the excellent location. This complex provides easy access to most freeways which makes the commute to work easy. The cleaning staff always does a great job of keeping the common areas clean. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in Downtown!

Prior to 7th and G, I had lived in the suburbs for years. Due to a new job, I decided to move to downtown San Diego. City living isn't for everyone, and I certainly didn't think it was for me. Having a platform loft studio with a balcony definitely make me feel like I am living my best life. It does get loud on weekends, but that is expected when moving to anywhere this close to night life. Being walking distance to everything is something I would recommend everybody experience at least once ...
in your life. All of the staff here at 7andG are incredibly nice, and the maintenance team goes above and beyond. The apartments are all very well insulated, so you don't really hear your neighbors at all. Residents here tend to be young professionals. I wish I lived here right after college; better late than never!

Loudest Construction

I wish I would have known before moving in here that I would be listening to the loudest construction that goes on everyday Monday - Saturday starting at 7am. I have asked the office a countless number of times to have it at least start at 8 am and it never happened. I am finally moving out because I can’t deal with it anymore - especially since I work remotely. The cost is not worth listening to this every day
