Don't move here
March 23, 2024I have never experienced worse maintence and office personal. Place was never cleaned before I moved in. I had to go purchase cleaning supplies to clean due to distance to previous house. Was lied to about storage I have none literally none. The maintence have broken something everything they have come to fix something and not replaced. They Have left paint foot prints on floor and I had to clean it up. No trash dumpsters only compactor that never works or is full and you have to take your ...trash somewhere else. These are just a few. I have at least 5 more . Please Steer Clear!
March 22, 2022I live here at this very moment, please do not move here I beg of you! The office staff is petty, judgemental, lazy, and most of all they are tyrants, they will do everything in their power to create hoops for you to jump through, they discuss your personal business as gossip amongst each other, the maintenance staff is rude and slow, not to mention they can't even keep the decent ones for more than a week. The list of inconsistencies I've experienced with things I was told prior to move in that ...were flat out lies is a very long one to say the least. Hard Working Staff & Maintenance
August 15, 2021O'Fallon Lakes Apartment staff and maintenance crew strive to help you when they can. I've been here over 7 yrs and my already old carpet, when I moved in, was really bad. I had seen my neighbors flooring and requested new vinyl in kitchen, and dining (ripping out carpet). They call it "a conversion". It is just beautiful! They would be willing to replace carpet too if I had help moving furniture. There was some communication problems along the way (during a pandemic) but once the right ...people (office) got involved it happened! Recently they threw a National Night Pool party with swimming, music bbq, and more! It was a sweet thing to do for the Community children! Clean, fairly safe and comfortable! June 22, 2021I have been living in the apartment for a four years now. The staffing at the front office is a revolving door. I put in request that they write down on a sticky note and it goes unheard. I'm currently waiting on my ducts to be cleaned out and my carpet in the dinning room to be pulled up. I'm the type of tenant that pay my rent on time and not really bother to anyone. I understand they have hundred of people they deal with but I feel unheard when a request is made in the office. We do have ...active building page that allows you to communicate with other tenants and staff. Which I find very helpful. Overall its an nice neighborhood, great school district, and affordable place to leave. You may have to call the office 1 or 10 times to get things done.Property Manager Responded
