Ridiculous
August 12, 2022
Drove cross country to pick up keys before they closed the office for the weekend. They decided the apartment was infested with roaches, so attempted to clean and prepare another unit for me. I was told to wait for a call from management. At 630 no word. All the offices are closed. Until Monday. MONDAY! I'm in my car until Monday. ALL of my belongings are being delivered Sunday. To where, I don't know. Second guessing my choice of apartment selection.

Great quiet area

I moved in about a year ago and honestly I like the area so much. The complex is on the older side, but the apartments are still nice. The management seems to be updating things like newer appliances so that’s super nice. Everything is pretty kept up, and everyone is super friendly. Def recommend!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, please do not live here. Management is a joke, they do not communicate at all. If you put in a maintenance review, it goes unanswered and will appear as “completed” although the work was not completed. Nothing ever gets fixed. Save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else

Great apartments, even better location

I moved in about two months ago, and I've been happy with just about everything. The buildings are older, and there are some subtle things that show the age, but that's about it. The apartments are nice with a lot of storage space and newer appliances. The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from just about anything in Huntsville. The pool and laundry facility are clean and well kept up and I've had nothing but positive interactions with the on-site staff.

I just moved here and i love it so much since it is a small, quiet complex. It's really close to the new HEB and the one bedrooms are huge for the price.
