These apartments are so peaceful. I have been here 6 years and as long as Kathy is the manager I will stay. She has helped me with paperwork, rides and anything else I ask of her. You will never meet another manager that cares like she does.

These are the best apartments in Liberty and these are the reasons they are the best. I am going to start with the manager. Her name is Kathy and she has been here for around 10 years. Kathy is the 3rd manager that I have had at Oaktree Apartments. I admire and respect her immensely.! Anytime I have a problem all I have to do is call her. Not just in my apartment but also in my personal life. My neighbor was behind on her rent and Kathy helped her get funding. I have never seen a manager that ...

most would also call a friend. Recently a new maintenance man was hired, his name is Shawn, when we call about anything it is fixed the same day. The old maintenance man was terrible. Shawn’s work is extremely good. The owners spare no expense but my fear is we lose our manager and maintence workers. The owners come into Ohio 3 times a year from CA. They are very approachable and very nice. To end this the cleaning people are good but they could be better. You can’t have everything. This is my home forever

This place is excellent because of a few reasons. The workers are number 1 on this list. Cathy is strict but fair, she is the manager. Dave is slow but his work is good. The owners put a lot of money into this place, unlike a lot of landlords around this area. I have lived at a few places near here and this is one of the best

I am a single woman and have lived here for 3 years. Kathy the manager always knows what to say and do to help no matter what the situation is. The rent is reasonable for the security cameras they have. it gives me a peace of mind. what maintenance lacks in speed and niceness he makes up for in looks

I was doing my residency at North Side Hospital and lived here for 6 months. I loved these apartments. They were clean and quiet. My mother called the manager because she could not be here for my birthday and the manager went and bought the stuff for my birthday and put it in my apartment for when I came home. That was way above and beyond. Maintenance also worked swiftly to fix any problems I may have had.
