September 6, 2025HVAC 89°F Work Order 9/5 I don't understand why the sane survey is generated from Opiniions after each maintenance work order to rate Oceanaire when no one has called us, looked at my problem, or rectified it. I would send the survey out once maintenance is completed work order. It's been about 4 hours since I put an urgent work order in for urgent due to 89°F in my apartment. February 1, 2025Great Maintenance I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. Maintenance is fantastic and quickly repair your needs. The office managers are a delight to interact with treating you like family. Oceanaire really loves it’s residences by having many activities for our apartment community, including pool parties and cook outs. Every year the managers will hand out complimentary breakfast at the gate to get your work day started. Which is so nice. I highly recommend residing at Oceanaire ...Apartments especially if you enjoy quiet apartment living.Property Manager Responded

Great Apartments
March 30, 2021I lived at Oceanaire for 2 years and really loved it. The office staff and maintenance crew are fantastic and are by far the most standout thing about this complex. Oceanaire was the first complex I have ever lived in where the staff friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. The complex is full of young families (a lot of military). The units are nice and I had nothing to complain about, but they aren't going to change your life. Location wise, there's not much to note in walking ...distance, but you're a short drive from tons of options: 5 minutes from the grocery store and fast food, 10 minutes from the major shopping center and from the casino strip, and 15 minutes from Keesler AFB or Ocean Springs (the local food/artsy area). Only complaints are that it doesn't have a gym, but there's some cheap gyms within 5 minute drive, and a park with a mulch walking track a mile down the road. And the main gate seems to be broken a lot.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live... but needs some improvement
August 18, 2020While the staff is incredibly helpful there are some things that need to be improved. When it comes to security, I suggest parking near one of the few cameras they have onsite. My car was backed into during my stay and I was unable to find who was responsible because there was only one camera and my vehicle was out of the frame (the other cameras by the gate were down as well). The next thing that needs to be improved is management's communication amongst themselves. During the process of moving ...out, management had mixed up the date that I was moving out after I told them at least twice. Because of the miscommunication the washer and dryer that I was renting was taken (my stuff still being in the apartment should have been their first clue that I was still there) so I was unable to do some last minute laundry before I moved out. If you want an affordable and quiet place to live, or if you are military and are in the Biloxi area for a short period, this apartment is for you... just hope that management has improved their communication skills amongst themselves.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely Incredible Property
April 3, 2020It begins when you meet the staff, experienced, enthusiastic, community centered and resident focused. Property Manager is always improving property, creating events to bring the community together as one. The apartments are truly a home, a place to let the stress of the world just wash away. The property location couldn't be better for accessing quickly all of the coast events that are offered. The school system is one of the top districts in the entire state.
