I love living at Olympic by Windsor. Most of the tenants are friendly. It's a great place to live. My 6 complaints about Olympic by Windsor are as follows: 1. There is no constant management presence. 2. No one ever answers when you call. You must leave a message. (The plus is: Ellison always calls back). 3. The elevators are always dirty. They should be cleaned daily. 4. The hallway in front of the elevators on the 7th floor need to be cleaned every 3-7 days. 5. It took maintenance 3 ...
days after I called to come out to do the repairs. I understand it taking 1-2 days, but 3 days is too long. 6. The air conditioning is never turned on in the hallways/corridor on the 7th floor. Olympic by Windsor would be an exceptional building if they rectified the above. Otherwise, the people in maintenance are excellent!!
