Run run run NOT worth it.
November 1, 2024I do not recommend this place at all! I wish I could add pictures to show you my complaints but just to make this short I'm only listing a couple complaints. I was informed that they deal with older appliances which is fine but not only are my appliances old they are rusted and in bad condition. My cabinets under the sink are supported by screws that were drilled in but now the sink is sagging because the wood is dry rot and the screws came out causing the drawers to not close. Unit above had a ...leak that damaged the drywall in my shower area. It's been over a month and still not fixed. There is a bug problem(roaches, spiders and centipedes)The door to your unit is paper thin and can be kicked in by a 5 year old. Walls are thin and I hear the neighbors tv louder than mine. Paid rent and I was not able to live in my apartment for about 3weeks due to the kind of repairs that needed to be made and still the kitchen floor, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator and stove all need to be replaced. I could go on and on but to sum it up I recommend looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

December 13, 2022This is a great apartment complex! The location is perfect, you're close enough to everything but far enough away so there's not a lot of traffic and commotion. The office staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance is also friendly and helpful as well as quick and efficient. The complex itself is always well maintained and looks good, and is nice and quiet. I've lived here for a little over a year and haven't had any problems!Reseña de Apartments.com

August 30, 2017I currently live here. been here since March. it's not a great place to live. there's a know bed bug issue and they will not spray the entire set of apartments only yours do they spread then cone right back. maintenance is awful as well. leaving asapReseña de Apartments.com
