Don't ever rent the property. First management is HORRIBLE!!!!
April 28, 2022I've been wanting to look at this place for 4 days now, the people from the first management has the worst service EVER! every time we get there at the time we've negotiated on the call for the visit. but they never show up!!! you will regret it if your have to deal with a management company like this. they will troll you around. just keep scrolling ;)Reseña de Apartments.com

August 7, 2017I've lived here for about a year and a half and EVERY time I contact First Management about ANYTHING maintenance (or otherwise) related, Mike the maintenance man is right here to fix it - he is THE BEST! I LOVE this place. The space is comfortable, the pool and whirlpool (at Saddlebrook) are awesome, the office staff is great (especially Brittany). I've had several other maintenance interactions (for routine things) and each has been just great. But, best thing here? Mike the Maintenance Man ...for sure. Overpriced for what you get
October 6, 2015We moved in and it was nothing but problems with the First Management Company, before I moved in the water company told me there was a leak at the property that the water quantity used in a month was an astronomical amount of water. So I told them before we moved in and they said they would take care of it. We moved in and after 13 days we get a $400.00 water bill for 13 days! I called the city and they said there's probably a leak, so we called First Managerment again and The same company ...representative ,Britney, who said she would take care of it before never did and did nothing but argue with us about a problem that was clearly their company's issue. Finally the city found the leak and it was First Managements Problem that they were responsible to fix and should Have fixed before we moved in. They came and tore up all the concrete in the garage and in our apartment, got dirt and concrete dust in our house and all over our stuff- never compensated us in anyway. Actually we almost had to hire a Lawyer due to Britney's unprofessional conduct during the water nightmare that took 3 months to rectify no thanks to Britney- Thank God we finally found someone else to deal with the situation.
