The office manager is very involved and they respond very quickly to anything you may need them for. It is right beside the Emory police station and within walking distance of the Oxford trails. The staircase is the focal point of this whole apartment. I highly recommend the price is amazing.

Conveniently located just outside of Covington, right behind the college and close to shopping, restaurants, and other everyday essentials. The management team and maintenance staff are professional, responsive, and always helpful whenever needed. The community stays quiet, clean, and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to call home. The company overall is a great company to rent from!! I stayed at another one to their properties before moving to this area and they handled my lease transfer with ease!!

I'm a country girl, so the quietness of the complex and in the surrounding areas is right along the lines of what I like and what I'm used to. The lawn is well kept, the buildings are mostly well maintained, and my (former) neighbors were nice. Any time I've reached out to Destiny, the property manager, she has responded almost immediately and gotten things taken care of as quickly ...as possible. I respect and appreciate that. This is a family-friendly place and that's what I've continued to see over time.Leer Más

The property manager and maintenance team are very responsive in handling any issues or inquiries in a timely manner. I have enjoyed living here for over a year.

April 29, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comI moved in last August and the complex was quiet and neat. The property manager before was very strict and the complex was very well run. About 2 months later she was either fired or quit and now they are letting all type of people move in. Trash flies all over the complex. There are loud kids and outside smoking happening. I moved in here because I am a single woman and I work a lot. When I get home I need a quiet place to be. Maybe this will get better. When my lease is up, I will be moving!

December 23, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comI wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience I have ever had with a landlord. They come to your apartment without notice and they are very nosey and rude. The rules are so strict, you feel like a child. They have “neighborhood watch” who stay in your business. They regulate your visitors and try to tell you how many visitors you can have and how often they can come TO YOUR APARTMENT THAT YOU PAY FOR. Biggest joke I have ever gone through. Also, once they find whatever reason to evict you, they ...will do their best to keep every penny of your deposit or whatever money you put down. December 29, 2018We are sorry you did not have a positive experience at our complex. We treat all tenants and residents fairly and with respect. All tenants sign the standard Georgia Apartment Assn lease which requires tenants to follow a certain code of conduct. Our property management and maintenance staff always give each tenant 24 hour notice when performing routine maintenance on an apartment unit. When a tenant moves out, we follow Georgia law and send a detailed list of charges, if any and return the security deposit within 30 days. As you can see by the previous review, most tenants appreciate living in the Village Townhomes of Oxford.

And in all actuality it hasn't really been a year we move in in August but they claim our lease was up in July and they refuse to renew it. They are very fake people. Great prices horrible manager skills and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this community to anyone.
