Loved Living Here
March 8, 2025Lived here for 3 years and I loved it! But I also needed to rent a storage unit because the 1 bedroom apartments are just too small. Biggest issue was cost of lease renewal. It was high. Over 3 years it went up 30%. I was sad to leave but I couldn't justify the cost. The manager and staff are top notch!!Property Manager Responded

Friendly, clean, responsive, quiet
February 25, 2025I rented at a brand new apartment complex when I lived in Florida, and I thought they were the standard… until I got to Parc at Murfreesboro. Many times, a leasing office is there to get you to sign the lease and then they are done with you. NOT HERE. They wave, they smile, they respond to texts and messages, and even if it isn’t their area of responsibility, they help anyway. The management and maintenance staff are the friendliest and most responsive I’ve ever worked with. The complex is ...clean- and at any given time of day you’ll see maintenance staff puttering around the complex, always being proactive. Finally, the community is quiet. I just love living here. If you’re undecided between Parc and another apartment complex, pick Parc. You won’t be disappointed.Property Manager Responded

I had such a seamless move in process and here are my highlights! - no hidden fees, this was big for me because I feel like a lot of places sell you on a price and when you move in your face planted with extra fees everywhere. - you get what you pay for, and I mean this in a positive way. I know everything is so expensive nowadays but at least here, the price makes sense with everything the community has! - the staff is truly amazing. Maintenance is always on top of their game even with the crazy southern weather we experience, and even when things break or go out of service their communication and dedication to finding solutions rapidly is always appreciated. April 17, 2022We have been living here for two months and I love it, yes there is construction but it goes on when I am at work so it doesn’t bother me. I love the area too! New Community Manager is Awesome
December 1, 2021Anna is the new community manager at the Parc at Murfreesboro and she really took good care of me without going into details. We have renewed our lease for another 6 months, due to our house still being built. Love the new management, but hate my neighbors. I would've given a 5 star rating, but the apartments aren't insulated well at all.Property Manager Responded

July 13, 2021To be honest, I don't understand how people can expect a community that is still growing to be completely silent and for the greenery to be self maintained. For the price of living and the amenities provided, this place is a beauty. How or why someone would be complaining is beyond me. It is not the administrations fault for any of it. As a common worker in the surrounding area I knew what I was coming into and what to expect until all construction was finished! These people are doing their best ...and have been doing a magnificent job to provide what us residents currently have. Rules which unfortunately get broken by younger individuals that think a "whoopsie" is easily forgiven just because they are still/fresh out of college. It takes a mature mind to understand that nothing gets maintained at 100% quietness. Beauty does NOT happen on it's own without work being put into it. Parc at Murfreesboro is gorgeous from a distance and up close. I wouldn't change ANYTHING as I know the conditions are getting better as the weeks pass. Tyler, Holly and company have been a dream to deal with and sure did make us feel at home. If you're looking to rent here, jump on it because you do not want to miss out. A pet friendly, relaxation haven awaits. If you already live here, feel blessed. The Parc is where it's at.Property Manager Responded

A Major Disappointment
July 3, 2021Unlike other reviewers I have lived at Parc at Murfreesboro for months now. Anything positive I have to say about my time here is overshadowed by the negatives. This is not a quiet community at all. Initially it was constant construction noise. Now it's frequently visiting landscapers (especially the seemingly endless time they spend excessively using their obnoxiously loud blowers), and residents with loud vehicles that make sure everyone around can hear them. It's almost impossible to enjoy ...being home with all the random spontaneous overpowering noise. I can't imagine anyone who sleeps during the day being able to function at all with this going on.Property Manager Responded

Not What I Expected
April 14, 2021I have lived at Parc for almost seven months now. The buildings are very nice, and I enjoy the clubhouse and its various amenities. Unfortunately, it's not what I hoped it would be. Exterior noise has been a major problem the whole time. Construction has been constant during my time there, and the unpredictability of the noise level is a major headache. (And has caused more than a few.) The community opened in September and construction is still ongoing. I feel like the opening was at least a few ...months too early. In addition to this, some of the residents seem to have no concern about the level of noise they're creating outside, including one who can seemingly only use his phone outside connected to his car with the windows down.Property Manager Responded
