Communication

Home sweet home.
September 17, 2020All I that really have to say I've lived here going on 9 yrs. That says alot. I love living by Stringtown rd. Everything is so close The staff here, and maintenance are great and right on it. It is very peaceful and feels safe Love the kids out playing. Worst place
July 4, 2019I was staying there and they offered me a job as a maintenance person I took it at the time the property manager was stealing rent and money out of washer and dryers and her boyfriend n her were collecting money for task n jobs not completed n really took paychecks for not doing anything n all rent ppl were turning in I reported it to Steve great honest guy and he told owners well Danielle took my rent n didn't turn it in n they fired her n everyone including me n was saying I had to repay rent ...that I already paid well now I have a eviction n was all paid on my rent but since they fired me with everyone but Steve I got eviction n had to leave in 24 hours. Even though I paid rent this is crazy u tell owner ppl stealing off u n they stole your rent n they fired n hit u with an eviction ruining my kids life n everything all cause they put it on my credit reportLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com

March 14, 2017These reviews are hilarious. I've lived here for over 10 years and have seen my share of managers/maintenance people come and go. Susan does a fantastic job and truly cares about this place and it's residents. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself. Quiet, friendly, and affordable
March 14, 2017I've lived at Park Place in a two-bedroom townhouse for two years and my fiance has lived here for 7 years. We love it here. The staff is always friendly and available, and they are willing to help with anything - emergency or question. Our kids have had fun playing in the open courtyard areas. We've always had quick response to maintenance requests. The owners/management company have been busy making so many improvements to the property and the buildings that we decided to move into a ...three-bedroom. February 24, 2017i moved in here 3 years ago and didnt like it, but i think they went under a management change because it's getting much better although office lady is hardly ever there and is on the rude side head maintenance guy is very helpful and professional and takes care of issues quickly and seems to know more than the property manager...improvements are being made daily and you can tell customer service is important to the maintenance staff, grove city is growing and getting better and park place is as ...well....Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Horrible place!
December 6, 2016I have lived her for about year, and got out as soon as I could. at first, it seemed like a wonderful place to live, but very shortly the landlord had shown her true colors. I am not one for reviews, but this is most definitely deserved as much as it is a warning. BEWARE OF A WOMAN NAMED SUSAN. unfortunate to see I wasn't the only person to feel the same. You're only paying for the school district
January 19, 2016By far one of the most rude and nosy places in Grove City. Been living here for 3 years and we are not even able to let our 3 children out without our neighbor tattling on us because he's buddies with the land lady. We've had and lost a few pets and we've been forced to pay $300 again and again for the dogs they made us remove, even though they label it is a "one time expense". If you become friends with Susan, you have a peaceful life, but if you have kids who so much as cross this older, ...african american man's lawn, not only will he curse you out, steal their toys, but he will tell her as if they have destroyed the entire complex. We've also had 3 different holes in the ceiling from water, we aren't allowed to cover the windows in order to prevent the cold from coming in. The only good thing here really is a free pool that the kids enjoy. The kids have made a few friends but most of the other kids here bully them and break/destroy their property. And the older man I mentioned earlier, is a complete creep. Anytime there are children outside, he sits and watches. He's had young girls stay the night at his house, and he just watches every kid that goes in front of or is near his apartment. I haven't even mentioned the amount of drug deals that have gone down in this complex. So, long story short..save your $800 for somewhere else that is ideal for yourself, or your family if you have one.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Family-Friendly Community in Grove City
August 18, 2015I have lived in this complex for more than 6 years. This is a nice, family oriented community with a great pool area. The landscaping and common areas are well maintained and I love the family community atmosphere. The downside is not all units have W/D connections and the laundry room does get busy on the weekends. Its so close to all Stringtown Rd has to offer and minutes from a great library, baseball and soccer fields and historic downtown Grove City.Reseña de Apartments.com
