        Any concerns at all I reach out & they respond right away. My apartment needed some touch up paint & they did it in a very timely manner. To my surprise even the baseboards were painted. I would recommend Park Place to anyone who is in search of an apartment. They also have townhouses.

        If I could give zero stars i would. This would not be a bad apartment community if management kept up with grounds and maintenance. There is trash everywhere!! Literally, there is one dumpster for the whole complex which is quite large. When the compactor is full, or not broken which it is always broken people just pile their trash right in front. It is embarrassing disgusting and an eye sore not to mention it can get very smelly very fast.. I have called the city and wrote several letters to ...
        city council members and Louisville tenants association,Trying to help save this community and it’s residents. Show that somebody cares! To no avail. I also have the health department on speed dial as i often send them photos when the trash gets too bad, they will come and give them a fine . It gets this bad because the property owners don’t care as they are living it up in Florida and management is a joke! From leaky sinks/pipes, black mold, bugs, shady neighbors i would NOT recommend anyone live here. You deserve WAY better. Oh and they hit you with hidden charges even tho they lead you to believe rent is a certain price.

We do our best to mitigate any refuse overflows, however, this is mostly caused by residents moving out and inundating the dumpster with all of their unwanted belongings.         trying to move out because no one won't answer any my calls. They have not been taking good care of there property. They have not been following the rules. They should been spraying for bugs and they have not been. I been have roaches, been causing my pets getting sick for the past 2 months. My bathroom was never fixed, my ac never been fixed. Whoever lives here im so sorry. You wont get any calls back and they are not at the office.

        I've emailed and called left messages over the last month and have had no response or any kind of reply from three or so emails and just as many phone messages. I am really in need of finding an apartment ,this would be an ideal place for me.

        This has been a very enjoyable place to call home. It's a good community and for the price, it's even better :)The place is clean and the apartments are updated and nice. There is a good pool when the weather is nice. The office is smiling and helps when you need them. Other good highlights is that it's close to the golf course and airport. Good for me because I travel often for work. Overall perfecto place to call home. I recommend living here very much.

      • VERY RUDE!?

        I have called this community 2 different times, being told something different each time I called. These calls were all made within a 5 day period. Apartments.com shows units available, first person spoken to, Becky, said they had a 2br garden home but she was going on vacation. called back and spoke to Deb. She said they did and it would be ready early in the week, next few days. I called again, and even though they show availability on apartments.com, she told me.they rented the one I was told ...
        would be available and have no others. She told me to look on the properties own webpage, listings were more accurate there. she was BEYOND EXTREMELY RUDE!! Perhaps it is a good thing we won't be living there. All I know is they lost out on 2 very reliable tenants who are excellent community members. I hope their higher level managememt sees this. There was no need for this lady's condescending treatment and rudeness. Dor the sake of current residents, I hope the community doesn't operate this way on a regular basis.

      • So Far so Good

        I recently moved into this complex after it was recommended by a family member. Upon moving into the apartment I was asked to complete a damage form prior to moving in. The great thing about it was that they immediately came out to take care of any issues I had. I would say something I do not like about the community is the residents not picking up after their dogs and all of the cigarette and cigar butts left thrown all over from the smokers in the community.

        thivis the first apartment I have ever lived in Prather than military garters in the seventys. The folks here are all nice and if you need something fixed they are right there, the maintenances men are top notch!!!! The grounds are well kept also. We have security at night that is always around. They don't tolerate a lot of nonsense it is quite and peaceful.
