I have lived at Park Place since before they were finished building, so about 3 years. The front office help and 'maintenance' help have been CONSTANTLY changing the entire time. They changed management companies last year. The FIRST time I cooked anything I had BLACK ants. The amount of dog waste is disgusting. I was told it was because 'the maintenance guys were having to split time between properties.' Like it is maintenance that should be picking up the dog crap. Many residents that live
...here do not care where they live and throw out fast food trash/bags, beer cans/bottles. Many residents are LOUD. I'm not sure the pool closes in the summer at night (like it should) and loud parties go into the wee hours of the morning. The shower water pressure is terrible, the kitchen sink won't even drain water without turning on the garbage disposal (the switch is located under the sink), trash outside the dumpsters (mattresses, furniture, tires, and pallets) will go WEEKS without being disposed of. I'm pretty sure THEY have broken my lease by not keeping a clean environment.
