Do not move here.
The biggest issue is the heat/AC situation. The building controls it centrally, so residents have no control over their own apartment temperature. They refuse to turn the AC on until late May even when it’s 90+ degrees outside, which makes the apartments unbearably hot and impossible to sleep in. Their only suggestion is to “close the blinds,” which is ridiculous when the inside of your apartment feels unsafe for both people and pets.
The “amenities” are also a joke. The ...
lounge barely gets internet service, the seating is uncomfortable and impractical, and a lot of the things advertised are either poorly maintained or not actually enjoyable to use. The washers and dryers constantly have issues as well.
There are also ongoing safety concerns, including random car break-ins around the property, and management does not seem proactive about addressing any of it. The walls are thin, neighbors are all in your business, and overall management comes across as dismissive anytime residents bring up legitimate concerns.
For the amount of rent charged, this place is absolutely not worth it. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

They have us paying a monthly utility fee that includes AC and heat, and of course they haven’t even turned on the AC. Today is 92° and they have not turned it on. My apartment is almost 100° with no AC. So obviously, I can’t use my washer and dryer. I can’t use my oven. I can’t use anything, so they’re literally stealing our money.

The apartments are beautiful and updated. They keep the common areas and hallways very clean. But the parking lot is terrible. Car break ins and thefts multiple times a month and management does nothing about it. They don’t even return your calls.

Let me start by saying that I really liked my apartment, the size and layout were great. Cleanliness across the property, with the exception of the pool, is very nice. That being said, DO NOT let the pleasing aesthetic and what appears to be a somewhat reasonable rent price fool you. This place is poorly run and only after your money. Once you've moved in, you no longer matter. Also, forget what your lease says. They'll change things at the drop of a hat. And, not discussed during the move in ...
process, they have total control over your A/C and heat. Whenever they deem it the "appropriate" time, they turn off your access to either the heat or A/C and replace it with the other. Hope you enjoy sweating in your apartment in late October. I'm very disappointed in this place, as I had high hopes when moving in, but I'm glad to be moving on to somewhere better as I am definitely not renewing my lease this spring. Please, don't be the poor soul who takes over my apartment.

This is a great place to live. Nice and quiet location. Beautiful newly renovated units. Awesome maintenance staff. And the property manager, Josette, is absolutely fantastic! She is super accommodating and helpful; she always makes availability and offers her support with anything you may need. Best property manager I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been renting for a very long time. Would highly recommend Park Terrace. So do yourself a favor and submit the application.

I’ve been living at Park Terrace for about a year now and really like my apartment. The area is great, it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. Josette, the property manager, has been very helpful since the start of my move in & approval process. She’s made things very easy and got me the unit I was looking for at a fair price range, with a completely renovated unit. Over the last year, she has been great at taking care of any issues that may have come up and is always available to assist with anything I ...
may need. As a result, I have just decided to renew for another year and would highly recommend this community if you’re looking.

I love living at Park Terrace, the building updates have made it even more beautiful inside and it still continues to be clean and well kept! Everyone is very friendly throughout the building! Josette and Peggy in the office are amazing to speak with when having any issues or concerns/questions. Anytime I’ve had to call down to the office for something they heard me out and addressed the issue/concerns I had in such a fast and timely fashion, truly the absolute best!!

I had an amazing experience with the property manager Josette. The customer service was outstanding and was exactly the type of interaction I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Josette. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect spot as a traveling nurse.
