September 8, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comI moved out of my Apartment back in February and still have yet to receive my security deposit back. I moved out early because of the terrible upkeep of the property and poor management. I have spoken to several different property managers as they always change, and they have all just giving me the run around. I’m not sure if they are unaware of Georgia Law but it is a 30 day turnaround from move out that an individual should receive deposit back. At this point I will have to get the courts ...involved. I had water leaks, and went without air conditioning for 2 months in the middle of the summer!! They lied about fixing my air and waiting weeks to come fix any other issues. Bugs everywhere! Trash everywhere! Had to call cops multiple times due to feeling unsafe, loud music always playing at night.Property Manager Responded

April 11, 2022 - Reseña de Apartments.comI visited this property and a few others on today looking for my daughter and her family that's moving from another state. The PM manager Ms. Craig was the best, she took the time out to show me two different floor plans and offer snacks, this was after I explained that my daughter was trying to transfer her housing voucher. The leasing office smelled really good and was clean. Although this property doesn't except the housing voucher they would be my choice for my daughter.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe Grounds are left riddled with trash, broken down cars, and at times furniture. The Maintenance takes forever to have anything fixed! Windows painted shut, air conditioner broken and it was well over 100 degrees in my apartment. Water leaks that I’ve placed an order to be fixed several months ago, has never been fixed! I have a 3 bed two bath. One shower can’t be used due to the hot water not Turning off, holes in the bedroom floors that you’ll sink into as well as in the kitchen. There’s a ...hump in the kitchen floor so large that my fridge leans. Porch and stairs are black from never being cleaned. Front office clerks could not even care about the issues, they act as if they’ll get it fixed, but it’s just to shut you up. They do not care!Leer Más

September 9, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comThey have to many problems out there with leaks, bug, electrical outlets, and etc. Been leaving there about five years can't keep maintenance. We I call it's always I will put the work order in no one show at all. It's mold and mildew everywhere in the apartment for when my upstairs neighbor cause it to flood deveral times. Someone suppose to be spraying the apartment they never came. I have kids the condition of the apartment was in no condition for them to keep living there. But I decide to ...leave and was to since I didn't put in a notice I will be evicted but I already left.Leer Más
Nice location
July 14, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comTo be honest the apartment is located in a nice area surrounded by a lot of different retail stores and restaurants. This apartment complex is slow to fill work request and I'm not sure if it due to short of help. It's a older apartment so you get exactly what you pay for. Would I recommend this apartment to other people? It's not bad and could be better if they do some structure fixes, painting of the building and remodeling of the apartments for upkeep.

The grounds are always well maintained and groomed. The office staff are always eager to help and assist. Maintenance is always on top of the issues. You dont have to sit and wait days for something to get fixed like other places. I would recommend to any new families to the state. October 30, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comThis was not my first apartment by far, and I must say it surpasses all of my previous homes. The office staff was very friendly upon move in, and maintenance makes sure all my issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Today, the new property manager handed out candy to the kids for Halloween, and they were so excited!! It's good to see a community that actually cares about their residents and their families.

October 10, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comIt's no way this place receives good reviews. No security at this place, still waiting for minor repairs to be done. Nothing gets fixed in a day. Their only nice to get a rental once you're moved in they are unprofessional. The maintenance men are not professionals. Please look elsewhere.
