Prices have changed and you have to pay the water and sewage now out of your own pocket. Rent has gone up. It could be a wonderful place to live with just a little more work. Managers are pretty nice.

The maintenance staff comes in whenever they want, and I have had to tell them to leave on several occasions for walking in when I was just out of the shower, etc. And the water is only included in the other half of the complex. Other than that, it's not bad. The property Manger is sweet and is very relaxed. She's very easy going and forgiving when it comes to rent payments and ...such. The staff is all very friendly and accomodating.Read More
