A Good Residence
February 28, 2019First of all, it’s not the Ritz-Carlton, but, it is a pretty affordable, nicely managed living space that is clean. Requests are processed at adequate speeds and accommodations are available if need be. I find this apartment complex a great place to reside before buying a home. February 26, 2019The second I toured Parkside Towers I felt at home! The staff was super friendly and as we walked the property it seemed that they knew every resident that walked by by name! Great place to live
December 6, 2018Parkside Towers is an amazing place to live. Any issues that I’ve had have been handled promptly every time. They really take care of everything here and stay on top of landscaping. Excellent office staff and maintenance
December 6, 2018Office and Maint staff are great problems are addressed immediately. Like any other place some tenants are rude and disrespectful but other than that I have been here 8 years. Poor Management
February 23, 2018Management at the Parkside Towers apartments in Ohio is extremely poor and disrespectful. Their lack of couth has caused me to seek a different living arrangement. I have had a mouse ruin my air conditioning in my car due to their lack of extermination in their garage, I have bugs and flies entering my apartment because of their poor maintenance jobs, a dishwasher that does not work, air vents that creak and make noise, and now a remarkably unprofessional and disrespectful property manager who ...has called me on three occasions this month alone: 1. A phone call during my work hours telling me that I have people in my apartment at night making noise ( I live alone). Apparently the noise was not coming from my apartment. 2. I received another phone call the same week stating my rent was late and I have a balanced when I paid my rent online on the 2nd and rent is late on the fifth. 3. I received another phone call this month stating that I am pouring concrete material onto the balcony below me when I do not have a balcony. These incompetent actions have led me to leave such a negative review. Please strongly consider your options prior to signing a lease with Parkside Towers.Property Manager Responded

Some good, some bad.
August 13, 2015I have lived here for 1.5 years in 2 different units. What I can promise is that very few of the units look like those in the photos here. Most of the fixtures are in need of an update. The "gym" is a joke - the machines have to be at least 30 years old and the weight machine has been broken since I moved in. Definitely plan on a gym membership elsewhere.The community is a gamble. Some people are loud at all hours, and others are sweet old people. There are many families, which I find to be the ...most rude of all. I've had things stolen from "secure" areas, only then to learn that there are no cameras in those areas to help catch thieves. The management is nice and easy to deal with, but I've had a few issues with billing, which is extremely stressful for one who has never had a late payment. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff are some of the nicest guys . They are quick to fix things and make an effort to make sure things are done correctly. There is ample parking, and I never had to worry too much if I had guests over. The thing that I love about this place is the location.
