The owner is a fraud realtor who doesn’t take renters assistance
April 2, 2025I was happy to move in a nice apartment until I got hurt on public transportation and being out of work for 6-8 months without financial help due to injury I lost my job and all and I was qualified for renters assistance and Parkview court doesn’t take renters assistance programs due to the fact that they don’t wanna expose the EIN numbers to collect the renters assistance so since they couldn’t help me I had to emergency break the lease and track down the owner who lives in Ohio as he manages ...his other 15,000 properties it’s sad out here don’t move here they don’t care they only want the rent .Property Manager Responded

Wanted to move here but that short receptionist was rude!!
February 3, 2025Nothing’s available until march which is fine. However, I went with my sister to look at these apartments which we had a time booked to see a unit. When we got there, before we could even say anything she came out the door extremely ignorant and told us we can’t come in because no mask. She never said that when we called the first time. It turns u off from even wanting to see the place.Property Manager Responded

MY KIDS AND I LOVE IT HERE!!
March 3, 2024This apartment complex is just perfect for my 4 girls and i. They love the love and the playground which was did over from the first time we moved here. Yes this is my second time here. didn’t even move in
February 21, 2024I didn’t even get a chance to even like the place. The receptionist was so rude it completely put me off of the place. I’m desperate to move but not that desperate to want to deal with that type of person daily if I moved in.Property Manager Responded

Sorry place to live
October 19, 2023Their maintenance guy was in my apartment taking pictures. With out my consent. So I decided to not pay them and just leave because I didn't feel safe any more. It's a nice area to be but the apartment are trash so don't move in 1111 Alfred Ave D it have a lot of maintenance issues. I was the last tenant to live thereProperty Manager Responded

Property manager is very rude!
October 18, 2022My refrigerator spoiled now for the past three months now they don’t want to fixes it, they lie too much and they got poor customer service, they don’t know how to talk to people they very rude. They and myself had a heated argument this morning about my refrigerator and stoves. I took the property management I will not pay my rent for next month they should carry me to court and I have pictures of all my spoiled food. I don’t cook because nowhere to keep my food it going to spoiled, I can’t do ...grocery shopping too. Than they said they going to give me notice to move because I lying about my refrigerator and stoves. June 13, 2021This place is horrible every single last review is right. Management is horrible, space is decent but nothing else is good, maintenance people don’t do nothing at all they come in when ever they want without notice. They never come in to fix anything that you requested to be fixed. I been putting work orders in since I moved in back in January it’s now June and nothing has been handled, the parking lots are disgusting and trashy and now mines stinks I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO GO ...SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DO!!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Caution
June 3, 2021If you park somewhere for 5 minutes you aren’t supposed to they will tow you. They have tow companies that wait to take your car with no notice very quickly but you will step over trash everytime you walk outside and it will be the same trash for weeks.
