might get their car towed as well. The manager acts like his job is inconvenient to him and he also has very poor communication. He is the manager that goes by the motto do as I say, not what I do. Basically his family can make up their own rules, but everyone else in the apartment must strictly follow the rules of the apartment. It does have laundry facilities but there are not many and if you plan on doing your laundry at home think again you would really need to go to laundromat. There has been a bottle full of urine on the grass that has not been touched in six months. The laundry facilities are not kept up either. I’ve lived here for a long time and it used to be a really enjoyable place to live but as the managers attitude has changed this place has changed as well. The only good thing I could say about this place is that the maintenance men are very nice and top-notch. Stephan is amazing…
