    Dear Management, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and commend Ms. Vickie (Front Desk Admin), Ms. Brittany (Front Desk Admin), and Mr. Derrick (Maintenance) for their outstanding work and dedication over the past few weeks. All of them have demonstrated exceptional expertise and commitment by not only efficiently performing and rectifying the discrepancies identified during our initial move-in, but also by proactively going above and beyond to fix and resolve additional issues ...
    that arose at the last minute. Their actions exemplify superior customer service and reflect incredibly well on Parkway Lakeside and the high standards of its staff. The team professionalism, proactive approach, and unwavering support to tenants are truly remarkable. I believe such a high level of performance and commitment should be formally recognized.     I had an urgent appliance matter that the maintenance crew address in an efficient and timely manner. I work nights so they adjusted around my sleep schedule so that I could be present to ask some questions I had in person. Great job and thanks!

    Can’t say enough about the Parkway Lakeside community. I’ve lived here for a couple of years and intend to stay for a while. Being an empty nester and someone on the go, it’s wonderful to not worry about anything. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful (the pool area is gorgeous!), the service team responds to maintenance requests immediately, the office staff (Vickie and Britni are the best!) are attentive and lovely to communicate with, and the residents are pleasant and respectful of one ...

  • Parkway is a great place to live

    The people that work here are very helpful and easy to talk to, no matter what you may need. With the many apartments offered, you're sure to find one that is perfect for an individual or family. Everything is very clean and they do a great job on the upkeep of the grounds. Parkway is a great community from the staff to the neighbors. I've lived here for 3 years, I don't plan on going anywhere.

  • Best Apartment I’ve Ever Had!

    Not only are Parkway Lakeside’s staff absolutely amazing, caring, and kind, but every time I walk into my apartment I smile at how wonderfully pretty it is! My one-bedroom is perfect for myself and my dog, who has absolutely blossomed from a rather timid goofball into a goofy social butterfly since moving in. The entire complex is incredibly dog-friendly, and so are the other tenants. It truly feels like a community; when I’ve struggled attempting to move large items into my unit, someone has ...
    always stopped what they are doing to offer a helping hand. The “office nook” in my apartment is one of my favorite features and would be perfect for anyone who works from home. The kitchen is gorgeous, and the amount of counter space is phenomenal. I can fit my major appliances and have more than enough room to cook everything I need to with plenty of space for sitting down with friends at the breakfast bar to eat dinner. My maintenance requests (the very small number I’ve needed) have been addressed quickly, and the staff who come in to work are incredibly friendly, professional, and dedicated to taking care of whatever needs to be done. The bathroom is spacious with more counter space than I’ve had anywhere else I’ve lived! And the fact that the unit comes with a washer and dryer already installed is just fantastic - no need to haul laundry to a shared site. The storage space in my unit is outrageous! A pantry in the kitchen, loads of great looking cabinetry, a coat closet, a linen closet, and a nice large closet in my bedroom (which fits a queen bed very comfortably!) I also love that despite living on the first floor, the landscaping makes me feel comfortable enough to keep my blinds open nearly all the time; I have pretty evergreen bushes lining the outside of my windows, but I can still see how beautifully other tenants decorate their own apartments and balconies. It’s such a great place to live, and it’s *so* quiet despite being right off of the major roads we all need to take to get anywhere in the area. I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough. It’s perfect for my pup and me, and I always feel safe and “at home.”

  • Best place to enjoy living!!!

    My husband and I loved this community. We love walking our dog around the beautiful pond, looking and listening to the fountains, and watching the ducks come and go. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. The residents are warm and inviting. We rarely had any issues but the few small issues we had they were immediately taken care of. If we weren’t building our dream house we probably would just make this our permanent place. So close and convenient to stores and restaurants and close to St ...

  • Great Place!

    I love my apartment, felt like home right way. The space is so nice and the granite countertops, and stainless appliance is really nice. I appreciate having the attached garage. The maintenance has been wonderful helping figure out the smart thermostat. The ladies in the office are wonderful. Very professional and helpful.   • Great Community, Neighbors & Staff

    I stayed at Parkway Lakeside for temporary housing as I relocated to the Southern IL area. It was such a great experience from beginning to end. Vickie and her team are amazing!!! It’s like you’re a member of the family.
