I love the in unit washer and dryer
June 13, 2025I love this three bedroom, two bath unit with its charming chimney and quartz countertops. It has washer and dryer hookups and a dedicated laundry space. The peaceful, well-maintained community is managed by Edgar, who’s always attentive. It’s close to downtown Redlands, nightlife, and Trader Joe’s, and I can easily walk to the University of Redlands.Reseña de Apartments.com

June 20, 2024I've been living here for a year now and it has been a fantastic experience. I absolutely love the modern look of the place, the studio lights, balcony, and spacious patios. The walk-in closets are a great bonus too. Overall, it's been a great year here! Now, let's chat about a few things that could use some improvement. The manager is a really nice person, always polite and friendly. However, they aren't always around, and sometimes forget to pass on maintenance requests. So, if you need ...something fixed, I recommend speaking directly to the maintenance team. Also, just a heads up - there's a mini split ac in the living room, so you might want to consider getting an ac unit for the bedroom too, especially when summer rolls around. The neighborhood is pretty decent, but if you have a dog, just be cautious around other dogs in the complex. Some of them aren't very well trained and can be a bit aggressive towards your furry friend. Overall it’s a great location !Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Poor maintenance, communication and conditions!
June 11, 2024Been here for 2 months now and I’ve yet to have anything fixed, dog crap everywhere outside and I don’t have any pets, and I keep being told things will be fixed but hasn’t with NO follow up. It’s VERY unprofessional, and a inconvenience. I can guarantee if things had to be fixed BEFORE paying rent it would. Because that’s how people are now and days sadly, nothing is ever a big issue until you don’t pay rent. Maybe a deduction due to lack of amenities and ambition to get them? Confused! Nothing gets fixed
June 19, 2023I’ve been here for the past couple months and have unfortunately had multiple issues with my apartment that have still not gotten fixed. Management says they will send people and never does. You are constantly having to bug them in order to get a response which is unprofessional of them. Apartment is not like the pictures. Still old cabinets just painted white and no light up mirror. If you are planning on choosing this complex just be aware of these issues. Location is perfect
March 29, 2023I’ve been living here for the past 5 months and I’ve had nothing but a great experience. The complex is going through renovations, however I am satisfied with how it is going. The location is close to everything. Neighbors are welcoming and mind their business. The complex is very calm and it feels safe. Management tries their best is addressing tenant needs. Nice apartment
September 30, 2022They are nice apartment but the office never answers office phone call at all when I call during business hours . I do understand they are remodeling but my dish washer haven’t been working for going on a month then been said they where going to six it everyday passes an it still not fix the water in the sink doesn’t go down so it’s making my house stink the office is very hard to get a hold of !! September 8, 2022The people that live are nice, friendly, and quiet. I have lived in this complex since 2011. The apartment units that are vacant are getting a modern renovations done to them. I just moved into one of remodeled units. They are nice. The apartment manager is very friendly, courteous, and professional. He will do everything he can to help you and make sure you are pleased with the unit you are living in. Too Many Requirements for Renting!!
July 2, 2016First and last months rent plus 35 per applicant...okay not bad. Credit above 650 when 640 is good credit. Not even to buy a house would you need that high of credit. Then tons of more requirements. Crazy just for an apartment in the bad area of Redlands. Nope it isn't worth it!Property Manager Responded
