She's a joke, and after we finish moving out we will be escalating the situation legally, as she has consistently violated Michigan State laws as a property manager. From gross negligence of managing property upkeep that you will pay for, to downright invasion of privacy, she is the reason you will want to move out at the end of your lease. If that's not enough to top it off, you'll have crackheads stirring the pot at 2 A.M. Knocking over your neighbors motorcycle and screaming racial slurs. Stoner neighbors who consistently cause your entire apartment to smell like marijuana. Oh, and did I mention a driveway that never gets plowed on time because the property manager goes to Florida as soon as the snow hits? Do yourself a favor, don't rent here.
