  • Roach Infested Apartments, DON’T waste your time!

    I moved into these apartments in November of 2024. It was the worse decision I have ever made. Not only is the infestation an absolute nightmare. The landlord is horrid. She comes off as a nice person but she’s evil. How do you even allow people to live like this? I’ve reached out several times about this issue but all they keep doing is putting a bandaid on an open wound. I honestly don’t even know how she has a job, being this incompetent. There was also a rat eating through the walls, vents ...
    are filled with a black film over them, the apartments are filthy! It doesn’t matter how many times I clean. It doesn’t matter how many times I vacuum and scrub the carpets, NOTHING works because it’s an infestation in the whole building. I also have pictures on a google review displaying proof of the allegations I am making. Do yourself a favor and NEVER apply to live here. You will regret it!!

    These apartments are not managed well at all! Sometimes I feel like Im in the worst part of town. I have been staying in Piedmont for three years & it was good before the changes. We should have parking spots, why do people who dont live here get the good parking. Why are there so many broke down cars taking up parking. Why are the roads not paved with big pot holes. Why dont we have a place to wash clothes. I thought this was luxury apartments. Trash is always sprawled everywhere in the ...
    community? Why isnt there any rules for the community? Why do tenants feel as though they can play loud music outside all night? Its so much wrong going on & NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT!

    All of the staff here at Piedmont do their very best to help us and make living here great. There are policies in place that are above the workers here that need to be fixed. As a tenant I expect a little more. If a few changes could be made everything would really be perfect. I love living here!!!!!!!!

    My apartment complex is a great gated community. I love the quiet surroundings and friendly neighbors. There isn't a lot of amenities but the pool is my favorite place to un wine after a long day of work. I have a one bedroom that's spacious and rent is only 480 a month!
