August 6, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living here. It’s a great place, especially for college students. It’s super convenient being around people my age with similar schedules and lifestyles. Overall, the community vibe is great and the location works well for student life. That said, I do want to bring up a few things that could use attention. Some amenities have been out of order for over a year now, and the pools unfortunately haven’t been maintained — they’re pretty gross at the moment. The floors in the ...common areas also really need to be cleaned. With school starting soon and everyone moving back in, it would be awesome to have everything up and running and looking good again. We do pay a good amount to live here, and I think most of us just want to see the space taken care of properly. It’s a great place with so much potential — a little maintenance and care would go a long way!Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2025The place is nice enough for student living and I think the roommate matching works very well. My biggest complaint is that there is no guest parking so you can never have people visit and stay with you cause there car will get towed. Also the pool will be closed at random times with no warnings and trash sometimes won’t be picked up regularly. Love living here but for the price I pay I should have working amenities at all times and guest parking.Property Manager Responded

May 26, 2025My ac has been broken for months. Being able to walk to class is nice and the pool is nice. Due to the broken ac, it is not only extremely hot in here I also have to clean my flooding kitchen and pay an outrageous utility bill.Property Manager Responded

April 24, 2025My actual apartment is nice and it's felt like home, but there's too many little things that have added up for me to continue living here. My AC unit froze over a few times despite me never touching it. People have banged on my door in the middle of the night multiple nights in a row. Someone wrote a slur on the hood of my car in the pollen. I promise I haven't interacted with anyone here negatively to warrant that; I'm cool with everyone I've met and seen around. The maintenance people are ...really great and very kind, that was definitely a positive. I always followed the rules for the trash pick-up but there have been several times where they just either skipped me or my entire floor with no notification of why. It's usually pretty messy outside and people don't pick up after their dogs. My dog and I have almost been flattened by people speeding through the parking lot. The walls are also very very thin. The appliances weren't in good shape when I moved in either.Property Manager Responded

April 2, 2025They promise the world but in reality it’s not a gated community. The hot tub never works. The management is horrible. And they have refused to issue me a parking pass for 8 months despite having 30+ open parking spaces every night resulting in a 300$ tow. The only additional costs you are responsible for outside of your rental installment which will have the addition of parking and valet trash service is electric. Water is fully included at no costs to you, if you see that this is different for you please reach out to us at 843-743-2391 as the review is anonymous so I am unable to verify any confusion that may be there. Parking is based on when you sign which is why it is so important to ensure you sign early to receive items such as this. I do apologize if we made it unclear that the hot tub has been operational and we would love for you to experience the improvements.
