October 14, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comI've lived here since Feb 2021 and my experience is extremely positive. Whenever I have an issue, I submit a work ticket and it is handled. The area itself is pretty safe as well, I've had zero problems. Yes, the appliances are very dated, but it works and it's pretty affordable especially since this is South Florida nd you're on the east.

They sent me a letter to move out after 8 years leaving here because the last year has been a nightmare with the roaches, im moving out next month and lost all my kitchen stuff, my Funiture due to the roach infestation... Called them and they said they couldnt do much... The pest control guy said the samething.... That they are not going to take care.... Please dont rent here....

June 16, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comHorrendous! And I mean everything. The office staff, management, and ownership are the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. The facilities are terrible and everything breaks frequently. The walls are paper thin and the tenants are loud. It is not a safe property. I had several things stolen during my tenancy. The unprofessionalism of the staff makes a bad situation even worse. I wish i could give 0 stars. Please ONLY choose this location as an ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT!

July 1, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comThese apartments are great. Dont listen to these 1 star reviews. I've been here for two months and I rarely if ever hear my neighbors. I've not seen a single bug besides the occasional spider and the office staff is as pleasant as can be. We have not seen any drug deals either. Cops roll by occasionally late night which gives you an extra feeling of security. I will be renewing my lease.

This happened to be my first apartment and so far NOT a great experience. There is a monthly pest control man who comes to take care of bugs etc., however that doesn't seem to take care of the cockroach infested apartments... Dont get me started on the walls/floor, you can hear everything from the apartment below and above you. If thats not enough to get you running away then maybe the frequent visits ...from the police will. Police are here often due to domestics or drug activity. If your a drug dealer or just like being around scum bags then this place may be your dream home, unfortunately for me this was NOT my dream home.Leer Más

We are renting a house town it is very expensive and its hard for us to find a place to moved out and every year the rent is going up. It is hard to adjust the money that we earned to pay our place and we are controlling our groceries so that we can pay our rent.

August 4, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comI've been living here for 2 years and I recommend this complex for those who are low income folks because it is 5 minutes from the beach which I think is totally awesome. Since I've had my hours reduced they've been more than kind enough to work with me on the rent so I can stay there as long as I was able to pay the balance when I could. Pretty decent location but not the best. Close to Boca Raton locations such as Boca town center mall, movie theater just up the road for convenience sake and ...schools very close by for those who have children.Leer Más
Great area apartment needs improvement
July 20, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comIt's not a bad place to live , actually quite safe. But for the past year management kinda let this place go and are bending the rules too much. On the 1/1 you are only suppose to have a couple 1 child live in but unfortunately that's not what is happing, some small apartments u can tell that their is at lease 4 staying in , it's just getting too crowded . Parking also been a big issue, pass 10 pm u can never find a spot. Overall it's not a bad place just some minor issues.
