terrible property management
June 10, 2022They keep your deposit and process before ever providing approval. They don’t respond to calls or messages unless you harass them nonstop for a return call. Property is nice but management is absolutely the worst I’ve encounteredProperty Manager Responded

Always pleasantly surprised
September 22, 2021I've been living here now about 6 months and I have to say I still find the property, people, and service provided top notch. I am always greeted with a smile and I mean I could be leaving the property and could pass a maintenance person on the grounds and they will waive hello. Today I walked in to the leasing office and to find the agent, juggling a few tasks at once and still found time to acknowledge my presence and assisted me in a short time. Honestly, I thought it would just be this way ...to get me in the door, but no still pleasantly surprisedProperty Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
August 25, 2021This property is absolutely unbelievable careless. I had a year lease that they executed to me and two other roommates. First off everything in these apartments is old and bad ac unit leaks every week you constantly have to be changing the filter. Second their dishwashers break in seconds every other week we had a a clog and from nothing because we never throw food in the sink. The paint on the walls are absolutely horrible and feel like sand paper. Infested with cockroaches, ants and spiders. I ...know we live in florida but im talking about inside the house. Supposedly they fumigate every month but didn’t seem like it with all the cockroaches coming out the walls. Third prices would go up for no reason. Started charging $10 because we have access to our AC from our phones the maintenance is a 1/10 stars trash everywhere you look the only exception is Jerry. The dumpster would be full for weeks and it looked like a tornado hit the dumpster trash all over around the DUMPSTER. They want me to pay over 6k for fees that are supposedly for an eviction when I left after my year lease was up and gave them a 30 Day notice no one ever got back to me on my notice so as one would do we peacefully up and left the day our lease ended. I would send them letters, emails day after day letting them know i left and until now today August/25 after my lease ended august 1 they claim they did not receive our notice. Which is not true because i spoke to someone from their office and that person told me “you’re account is all good paid up to date you should be good to move out” and now I’ve somehow wounded up with fees over 6k.Neighbors are extremely nosy do not mind their business. These people from the day I came to see the apartment are lazy couldn’t even walk me through told me just go up when you call DURING BUSINESS HOURS they send you straight to voicemail. Oh and if you want to see them in person get ready to wait like you’re in the DMV. good luck to anyone who’s moving in hereProperty Manager Responded

In Plantation Garden's lease agreement it is indicated that a 60 day notice to vacate is required if a customer wishes to not renew their lease. In the event proper notice isn’t given appropriate fees will apply. Reminders about the required 60 day notice to vacate are shared with all residents at the time renewal offers are sent. We encourage all future residents to review their leasing documents prior to signing and strive to remain transparent on lease requirements by providing reminders when necessary. Bad Maintenance
February 15, 2018Lots of Rats live inside the walls in our building (16). We can't sleep because of the noises that they make. The Rats get into the apartment by holes they make. Then they move and poop every where. There is also bad smell comes from the holes, it smells like something dead. I think these Rats exist in all the apartments in this buildingI because I have asked a few residents in this building and they told me that they face same problem. I can't wait to move from this complex because of the bad ...responce or reaction the main office and the service office make when I make requests to solve this problem. They usually make my requests as completed without fixing the problem. They also sayed they can't do any thing with the Rats inside the walls, they just cover holes, then Rats make new ones and enter the home. It's so disgusting, and the big problem that I have a child and she puts every thing in her mouth like all children do. That is very dangerous while Rats are move and touch every stuff at home. Even If it's for free.I won't stay in this home. If I was able to give them zero star, I will do.Property Manager Responded
February 20, 2018HI there, please do submit service requests directly through your resident portal. Simply alerting the leasing office adds an extra step in workflow for creating maintenance tickets. When you submit through the service portal, you can add as much context, nuance, and articulation to your issues as you need. Thanks! -George

Awful experience
August 8, 2016They Took my security deposit, charged me 10 days @ prorated rates which I didn't even stay. I left 3/1/2016. I was charged until 3/10/2016. On top of taking my security deposit of $500, they said I owed them $800! Ruined my credit. Thank you.Reseña de Apartments.com
