I lived here in a past for about a year & Ms. Jody is awesome. I enjoyed my stay at Plantstion Oaks. It was super quiet, my neighbors with friendly, the property is clean, and if there are any issues just one call and it will be fixed. It’s worth every dime!

I have lived here 2 years and the only reason I’m leaving is because of my job moving me out of state. Jody the property manager is FANTASTIC!! She cares greatly about the community and is always helpful and only wants the best for the residents. The property is pristine and very well managed. Best deal in Savannah!

Our family has lived in the plantation oaks apartments for several years now and the property manager Ms. Jody and her team has always been very responsive, helpful and efficient. After living in areas where other property owners could care less about their tenants you can really tell that the staff here try their best to make your apartment and amenities feel like home!

Very nice property but what really sets it apart from other's is the awesome property manager Jody and her staff. Whether the issue may be small or large she treats it with the same professional approach and allows nothing to slip through the cracks. Do not hesitate to live here.

Great Apartment Complex. Location is perfect as far as travel distance to shopping and recreational locations. Mostly quiet considerate residents. Safety is first and foremost provided by the property manager. Maintenance requests are responded to and completed in a timely manner. Property manager, maintenance personnel and office staff are friendly, professional and considerate at all times. Five 5 Star Living location!!!

Beautiful complex, it's a shame. The harrassment that happens here is so awful that I had to write a review even though I'm not even a resident, just a guest visiting a friend that lives here. The amount of passive aggressiveness in the form of notes my friend received from the leasing office was absurd. We were immediately scolded for speaking 'too loudly' on the balcony trying to enjoy a summers day. While out, my friend left her towel on the balcony and leasing helped themselves? to the ...
apartment and removed the towel. The bathroom ceiling has been replaced on numerous occasions for mold and mildew, and once again, I must warn all of the awful leasing office staff. They are aggressive and rude with the tenants, so if you move in, be prepared for constant harrassment if Jody sees that you have any sorts of friends or social life. There are a plethora of wasps and nest that are uncared for. I heard that rent under the bridge down town is cheaper and you get more bang for your buck. Just a shame.

We are very sorry you feel this way. However, the residents living here continue to stay as they feel safe - I know what apartment you are referring to and we have gone above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience for all involved. Some of the things we have to address are by no means our favorite things to do and we do want our residents to have fun and enjoy their apartment with respect to those living around them and consideration for others. My job as the Property Manager unfortunately, is to address issues as they are brought to my attention and I am the lucky one to address noise issues at all times of the day and night that disturb others. As far as maintenance issues, we addressed that immediately and it was taken care of from an unfortunate roof leak - please remember, our residents are not in prison and can leave at any time they so desire if they feel that it is that unbearable. I appreciate when people want to make comments and I realize we cannot be all things to ...
all people - but we do appreciate residents who are considerate of those living around them and treat this as a community that cares. Towels on the balcony is against our community rules by the way - residents know these things - but I think you can hang them under the bridge,

This review truly saddens my heart as I know exactly who wrote it and the reason behind it- which is not exactly correct. However, with that said - this resident had other issues that were addressed from time to time and that always sets off a negative response. They no longer live on our property and wherever they may have gone I hope they and their friends find peace.

I have lived at Plantation Oaks for the past 3 years and I have nothing but great comments to make about the place. The office staff and manager always go out of their way to accommodate any concerns I have had and have taken care of maintenance issues usually within the same day if not the next for sure. The apartments are large, well built, and extremely safe. It's so easy now with Truman Parkway across the street to get downtown or out to Tybee if I want. If you're looking for a nice, ...
quiet, safe environment this is the place, it's not a party place and that's what I really like. The manager lives on property and is always available if there ever is a problem to get it handled and move on.

Plantation Oaks is in the perfect location in Savannah. It is located on the southside right across from a highway that goes from one side of town to the other. It is very convenient for anywhere you want to go. It is also quiet for the location. The neighbors are all very nice. The price is also just right! It is extremely affordable!
