heated and has some nice seating and a hot tub. Music plays all day poolside. Gym is a good size and has just about everything you could need for a daily workout and cleaned every day. There is also a racquetball court inside and a tennis court outside. Clubhouse is very nice and has a pool table, projector screen and gaming system as well as free Wi-Fi. The community will occasionally hold events like movie nights there too. Mall and some food restaurants within walking distance which is a plus. Part of the beautiful Little Lake Bryan community.But don't let the nice grounds fool you! These are all individually owned apartment units and we cannot wait for our lease to come to an end. Such a nice beautiful area but ruined by mismanagement and TOURISTS! Sentry Management runs the office and 2 grounds keepers are present daily. However, management is of no help when there is a problem unless you actually own your unit. Lawn services are provided by another company and come VERY early. So for anyone who works nights or would love to be able to sleep past 8 AM I do not recommend this community. Although this is a gated community there is nothing secure about it. Units are constantly being rented out to vacationers so ANYONE can have gate access. Parking is another issue in the community. People are constantly scratching and dinging the sides of not only our cars but everyone's cars in the parking lot as the spots are so small that if not perfectly parked you will not be able to get out of your own car. Noise is horrible. You can hear everything from the water running through the walls, to your neighbors walking around above you. People throw parties, leave their dogs barking on the porch and have no regard for others living around them. Traffic is also the WORST outside of this community. You will be leaving 30 minutes early to drive 10 minutes away! GETS WORSE DURING THE HOLIDAYS ESPECIALLY AFTER THANKSGIVING THROUGH NEW YEARS! Spend your money elsewhere.
