Bugs have been an issue since move in. Management ignores any communication or either try passing the buck so nothing gets resolved. Read your lease WELL. There are no early termination clauses. Amenities are broken more than not. Elevator and hallways stinks. Elevator is broken more than not. Stay away! The money they ask for these apartments isn’t worth it!

Living here was terrible. Management does not care about you. I had the last persons stuff overflowing in my bathroom when I moved in. On top of that dust was everywhere, dead and alive bugs. Was told to deal with the bugs myself...?!?!?!?! Management is fake and pretends to help you and then will ghost you. Office staff won’t even write receipts for rent payments and if they do after you ask multiple times they will scoff at you and talk under their breath. They overcharge on utilities almost ...
monthly even when NOBODY is living in the apartment and everything was left off. The space and location is great, but they hate the residents here. Not worth living here if you ask me, couldn’t have been more excited to move out.

The management for this place is awful. All of their appliances, walls, and floors are super cheap easily damaged. The first day I moved in someone apartment was flooded because of the bad pipes system. I would not recommend living here unless you want your vehicle vandalized and your personal belonging ruined from flood.

Well ....it really was a nightmare moving to plaza when they opened their doors to residents, to a place not finished. Some buildings were still under construction, swimming pool wasn't finish. There was enough dust everywhere for anyone to get sick. Car were excessively fulled of dust from the construction going on for months since the date they opened. Inside the apartment you can easily get an asthma attack even if you never in your life suffer from it. The place wasn't ready to move in but ...
they still charged full rent.....talking about greed, this company don't care about the well being of the resident. They are here to make money and that's it.!!!! Now recently after they been getting my money on time for almost 2 yrs they towed my vehicle without any warning because I parked briefly on the guest parking....imagine that!! I paid ridiculous high rent in this place plus parking and they towed my car....I honestly think this is the way they make money. I contacted the office manager she lied right on my face saying that my vehicle was parked at the guest parking for several days which is not true and I can prove it. Not a place I will recommend. Before you make the descision to move in to this place base on what they sell you, I will recommend to read the reviews, talk to existing resident, and to previous ones to tell you the true face of this place.

This place couldn't be in a better location. It's right across the street from UCF and there are countless retail options just below. Beautiful amenities, great quality, and just an overall great experience.

The brand new apartment is beautiful, the fully furnished apartment was beautiful with its amenities (Balcony, dishwasher, washer, dryer, private bathroom walk in closet) but the walls are were paper-thin you could hear everything going on in the hallways and above you. Also the management was not very helpful when you had questions about overages. Also the complex is still a construction site and if you are above a store that is doing construction, they start construction at 8am and normally go ...
all day. Experiencing this first hand I can inform you that management did very little to help us find a solution or gave a timeframe as to when construction will be occurring or how long this will occur for.
Guest parking is limited to one floor for all 4 building
Beautiful building but in the end do not believe it is worth the rent (4/4 650 not including your parking decal).

I was one of the original residents that first moved into the Plaza on University. Like all things, we tend to pick out the flaws in any situation but when it comes down to it, I applaud Plaza for maintaining its' functionality. Being a brand new, a cross the street apartment complex with grand opening stores below, they were able to provide an enjoyable year for my roommates and I. Of course you will run in with your handful of issues that you would at any apartment (i.e. noisy neighbors, dirty ...
roommates, etc.) But as far as amenities go, I love the both pools, one being quieter than the other so you can pick how you want to spend it. The gym is actual one I prefer over the university gym because of its' vast variety of equipment. And the main lobby/ study rooms are my ideal area and very accessible. I may have gotten the better side of the complex seeing as how I am not facing the noisy traffic, the busy stores, or the side wall of a building. I have an amazing sunset view but can see the main road from a far. I am right above the shuttle stop so I know when to go down to catch a ride to school. The price is going up due to its' popularity which sucks but really like it here. Overall, I have enjoyed my year and hope to enjoy another.

Safe UCF Apartment

I love Plaza, I have lived there since it opened, August 2014, and I signed another lease through August 2016. I feel extremely safe there because there is great lighting and security. However, the management/corporate really does not care about residents what so ever. There is only one floor for overnight guest parking, and they will tow every single car that is to on that floor. With the amount of residents at Plaza it is insane to think that one floor will cover guest parking. It is a 10 story ...
garage, maybe 7 stories actually get used, they really should just allow guests to park on the 9-10 floors. They also only care about money, they will upcharge you for EVERYTHING. Parking is an additional 20 dollars a month, or you can have preferred parking for 35-45 dollars a month. I think this is ridiculous on top of the high price of rent we already pay. Overall, Plaza is great for the safety and location; however, don't expect much else.
