Poor management
February 27, 2026This apartment complex has unfortunately been going downhill over the past year. What used to be a decent place to live is now showing serious signs of decline, and management doesn’t seem to be keeping up with basic upkeep. One of the biggest issues is the constant trash overflow. Dumpsters are frequently overfilled, and garbage piles up around the property for days at a time.Reseña de Apartments.com
Not Terrible but not Good either
August 13, 2025Pros: great area, good community, new maintenance seems good Cons: Can’t contact anyone in the office for weeks. When someone does actually answer they hang up. Will attempt to charge you with random fees that were never on previous months rent. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here due to the fact that management literally doesn’t exist. I honestly don’t understand how we have new tenants moving into apartments when no one is ever in the office. This apartment complex is literally ran remotely and ...someone shows up every 2 months to get on a computer and send weird angry emails about rent and when it’s due. Current Maintenance is AWESOME!
August 11, 2025If I could give 0 stars to HVG , I would. However, Kencoreous would receive 5 stars. He seems to be the only person keeping this community going. He has a consistently positive attitude, and genuine desire to make tenants smile and make repairs with maintenance issues and even general grounds concerns. He's taking care of issues on the property that don't even fall under regular maintenance responsibilities. Janae in the office is super sweet, professional, and very helpful. They are ...underappreciated, in my opinion, by current property management corporate employees/owners. Horrible Management
April 17, 2025The team is unorganized, leasing agent gave out false prices. Front staff claimed to be property manager to avoid transferring me. Tried to get me to sign a lease with a different price than listed without communicating change. Getting in contact with someone is like pulling teeth. Instead of rectifying their mistake, basically told me to take this apartment or we will lease it to someone else. I appreciate them showing me this before I moved in.Reseña de Apartments.com
New Management is HORRIBLE
September 18, 2024A new management company took over and this place has gone downhill fast. The pool is constantly green or murky. The office people are very rarely in the office, if they are they lock themselves in the office and won't come out. They never never answer the phone anymore. The maintenance guys are great and friendly, but way overworked. They cancelled the pool company and are expecting too much from the local employees at the office. September 13, 2023My family has only been here for a little over a week and we are very pleased with our apartment. it's a little smaller than I anticipated, but way nicer than where we just come from. Staff Is exceptional.Under New Management and making many improvements!
September 14, 2016I am on my third lease here! The staff is courteous and timely on all service calls. The amenities are well kept and clean. Tammy, Virginia, Bart, and Chaz are always accessible and on property it seems. The landscaping is very nice. Parking is tight on weekends, but I've never had to park more than a few spots from my apartment. The floor plans are open and my apartment was very clean and equipped at move in. I searched every complex in town and these apartments are the best deal going!! I would ...recommend moving here to anyone moving to the Prattville Area!!Property Manager Responded

Best Apartment
September 13, 2016I have been in the military or associated with the military for 18 years. As some people know, that means I move...A LOT! After my last count, I have lived in about 15 different apartment complexes in that time. I can say this without hesitation, The Point at Fairview is hands down, without a doubt the very best apartment complex I have ever lived in, ever. In my time at all of those apartments, I promise I couldn't tell you a single name of a single person who worked in any of them. Here I know ...all of the staff by name (Tammy, Virginia, Bart, and Chaz) and they are absolutely the best at what they do. Not only do I know them but they know me. And my kids. And my ex wife. What apartment complex on Earth knows the ex wife of one of their many tenants. None on Earth because this is not a complex, it is a community. I have no complaints about this entire neighborhood. Now, as far as professionalism goes, the staff is so professional that it doesn't seem like a profession to me. Every time that I walk into the front office I am greeted by either Tammy or Virginia with a great big smile. This seems silly but it honestly does make you feel better about where you live. They are pleasant and polite and above all they are helpful. They can work with you on any single issue you may have. I have never been upset or disappointed after leaving the office...side note...my children will on occasion make me take them there just so they can go see Mrs. Tammy. Any chance they get to see her, they take it. As far as the maintenance staff, Bart and Chaz are as equally likable and professional as Tammy and Virginia. I have had two maintenance issues since I have lived here. Both were fixed, the day I brought up the issue. I am being very literal here. I put in my work order and it was less than 2 hours Bart was there to fix my first issue. I put in my second work order and in about the same amount of time Chaz was there to fix that. The apartments are well built, therefore I haven't had any issues with the exception of those two, which were both my fault and in no way a fault of the appliances supplied. I've this apartment and if work doesn't move me, I am never leaving this place. The staff, the apartment, the neighborhood, the community, it really is the best and I am so happy I chose to live here. It is beautiful and affordable and I hope work keeps me here for a while so I don't have to leave, if I do, I will see if I can take the staff with me. Josh B.Property Manager Responded

If you move here....you,really going to have a bad time.
July 18, 2016If I could give no stars I would. This place is awful. They make so called "upgrades" but it is all cosmetic and in no way helpful or what I think rent should go towards. Fix my A/C, unclog my drains, do something about the people driving through blaring their music when others are trying to sleep, especially when given the license plate of said offender, all the trash on the ground, stairs and trash that they let tenants leave out for days, even with complaints of the smell and infestation trash ...brings. Their website says "desirable amenities", not even close unless you enjoy a really tiny pool and perhaps two exercise bikes. You can change the name but you can't fix the attitude, unwillingness to help you even if they are the ones who created this problem and overall "eh, not my problem" view this establishment takes. The supposed woman in charge doesn't care, point blank. Most certainly doesn't make you feel welcomed or appreciated. The price is ridiculous for what they offer and they make no attempt to verbally contact you. Just a sheet of paper shoved in the door that more often than not ends up in the ground.
