August 1, 2025From the moment we inquired about the apartment, the customer service has been outstanding. The entire leasing office team was incredibly welcoming, greeting us with warm smiles and a helpful attitude. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized, which made everything so much easier during what can often be a stressful time. We did run into a small hiccup during the application process, but the staff went above and beyond to help us get everything in order. Their patience, professionalism, ...and dedication ensured we were approved and felt supported every step of the way. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience so far and truly appreciate the care and attention the team has shown. Every member of the office staff and maintenance team played a huge role in making sure everything was ready and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. The property is beautifully maintained at all times, and I’ve never had any issues—but even the smallest concerns are addressed quickly and with care. Great service
February 1, 2025I recently moved here from Florida. The office staff made the application and move in process very easy. I only made 1 trip to Georgia before move in. Amazing Tour!!
January 30, 2025Indeed I was impressed by the knowledge of Mr. Swope while on a tour of your property. To come in contact with someone who is so passionate about their job is definitely a plus this day in time. He made me feel as if I was already a resident.
