Presque View Apartamentos

apartments are going to have quirks here and there that's why its an apartment. Sorry if you don't like children but they have the right to live in the apartment and make noise and walk and talk. The apartments are decorated very nicely for what you pay for. They are right off the Bayfront and I can see the water from my balcony and I think its just a magnificent view. I feel save at Presque View Apartments and my children love living here. I would recommend Presque View Apartments to anyone looking to live in Erie.

imagine where you have to enter your address has to be changed. Not only that but I felt watched & harassed...so much so, that I sought out the Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection & stayed out of my own home. They gave me some information which I stored away. That was helpful when PV tried to steal my security deposit with embarrassing lies that my home was over run with cat urine and feces. I had pictures and videos and testimonies from visitors to my home and I got my money back. I was told by other people that I was harassed into moving so they could up the rent, which they still raise the rent of families and seniors that still live there. These apartments are made with the thinnest walls. I used to hear my neighbors' kids playing in the tub, an elderly woman crying about her lost husband, & of course sounds you don't want to hear, but those are sounds of life. My point is, these apartments aren't worth the money they're charging...nor is it worth patronizing an unprofessional and rude business!
