Affordable family living in Monterey Bay
October 7, 2015Preston park apartments is an affordable option for renting in Monterey Bay. Our 2 bedroom unit is more like a townhouse than an apartment, and is clean, well maintained, and has plenty of space. Very pet friendly units, with a small sandy back yard that our pooch loves. The walls can be a little thin, and parking is somewhat limited if you have more than one car, however this is a nice family neighborhood with close by parks and trails. Being a rental complex, there are always a few noisy ...neighbors, particularly with this being located in proximity to CSU Monterey Bay, but nothing serious. The rental office staff can be a little dismissive at times, but the unit and grounds are well maintained so it's easy to overlook that. Overall, my husband and I have really enjoyed living here the past two years, and find it very affordable for the area and an easy commute to work. Pretty much 15 min from Monterey, Salinas, and Moss Landing - so lots to see and do not very far away. The nearby Marina State Beach is also very pretty.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
