I am very disappointed with my experience living in this apartment. The property manager has been rude, and the maintenance staff has failed to permanently fix ongoing problems. My air conditioner runs all day but does not cool the entire apartment, making it extremely hot, especially in the kitchen. Because of the heat, it is often difficult to cook meals for my children. water damage on my bedroom wall. Even though maintenance has attempted repairs, the problems continue. I also pay very high electricity bills because the air conditioner runs for hours without keeping the apartment comfortable. I expected a safe and well-maintained home, but my concerns have not been taken seriously.
