Apartments are horrible

The apartments are very outdated. if it rains hard your living room and kitchen will flood quickly. when telling the office they tell you to go through the insurance. You can look at the walls and tell they just patch up holes and dont really fix them. The pool is barely open. The "park" has one slide for a 2 year old. The 2 office workers both have attitudes and always act as if they dont know what the other is doing. Also they have big roaches outside that get in through the horrible ...
foundation of the building. They just painted about 6 months ago to give a better appearance but have yet to fix issues inside. The air doesn't even work upstairs in the 3 bedroom unit. they had to give me another air conditioner upstairs but only for 1 of the 2 rooms. Guess the other room just had to be hot. oh and while the air is pumping hard to try and get the house cold, my light bills are close to $500 in the summer. If desperate go here but otherwise dont do it
