Random FEES upon move out and NO Maintenance

Beware they charge a bunch of random fees while you live there and upon move out that are ridiculous and maintenance is a joke. They do apartment inspections every few months where they will invade your space and tack on a fee to for something that they left damaged in there from the previous tenant. The fridge broke and they never fixed it. We waited over half the year for a new couch and had to live with an old gross couch. Living here was awful. parking lot and live basically right outside the gate, which isn’t an automatic gate so it’s just for show. Our neighbors left trash and used sanitary products outside on the stairs, and left their dogs locked in their apartment when they went home for thanksgiving. They don’t respond to emails but you need to email them so you have it in writing for yourself.
