Both the toilet and sink flooded constantly. 5.) sewage came up in the tub and kitchen sink 6.) bed bugs 7.) No heat or hot water in the winter and I caught the flu! 8.) There was a gas leak with my teenager in the house. 9.) I lost my job due to having to take off from both myself and son getting sick due to the conditions of my unit. I had to fight to get my job back which I did because I had documentation. When I got behind on rent they were not willing to workout a payment plan. 10.) Once I turned in my keys I tried again to request a payment plan to bring my balance to zero and I was told no it will be sent to collections.11.) I tried to contact E&G group property management and never got a call back NEVER. NEVER got a return email NOTHING AT ALL! 12.) I never got a mailbox key 13.) Never fixed my heat and air system 14.) never got rid of the mold they only painted over it!!! BOTTOM LINE THEY DON’T CARE!!! Don’t move here there are better places for the prices they are asking for.

bugs, pieces of food, mold & a used pack of roach & mice bait! they have the AC unit inside of the bedroom closet, which leaks & one side of the wall has mold all on it. they have 1 maintenance man for the whole property that states that he's from another property, people are constantly sitting on the front porch or just gathered in the parking lot, trash is everywhere from the grounds to the inside of the building, buildings don't get cleaned everyday! or the property, and they wonder why they are infested with roaches and mice! cameras on the property don't work. My friends came to see me and there was a car with it's lights off just sitting at the end of the gate facing inward of the parking lot, when she reached my bldg. door she turned back to see that the car had drove into the complex, the guy had got out and went inside of one of the bldgs. with his gun out!! when I first moved around there, the first week there was a police car outside at night, now nothing! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN & RENOVATED! THEY NEED SECURITY ON THIS PROPERTY EVERYDAY AFTER 6PM! I was watching tv one night & so happened to look up at the ceiling to see about 30 nats! when people drive onto the property, there are kids everywhere, they will run out of nowhere right in front of your car! playing in the hallways, throwing stuff at your car! they have rat traps outside of the buildings! I looked out my window one night and there were about 10 guys by my window gambling and smoking weed! the roaches are terrible, I saw a dead mouse on my hallway floor that stayed there for 2days before it was swept up! the halls smell of urine. limited parking, the rental office lady Ms. Mary try to be to friendly with the people on the property instead of doing her job and tend to the complaints from the tenants! she'll bait u in, then wash her hands with U, I am seriously considering calling the news crew out to this complex!!!

are very spacious and fresh wall to wall carpet and the rent is definitely affordable everything is included and the neighborhood is so quiet. The people there are Nice. Especially Ms. Mary the leaser. She made us feel so welcome and full of energy. I wouldn't have moved into the apartment if it wasnt for Ms. Mary because her personality tells me that she would be good to for us to stay and things are safe and secured at Regency Courts. No gambling no people standing outside of the complex its just quiet and thats what I love. She really made me and my family feel welcomed and accommodated us with her help on letting us know what we can do.
