My power went out randomly on Friday the 23rd. I put in a request for it to be fixed and gave them permission to go inside the residence since my roommates and I worked. Instead of them going into the residence maintenance called to complain about how no one answered the door when he wasn’t heard. When I spoke to maintenance on how I am waiting and having to risk my job because of how long I’m waiting he hung up in my face. The complex says to contact them for emergency maintenance like this but ...

HORRIBLE ROACHES

The roaches here are horrible. Whether you are clean or NOT ! Peat control has not been here in 2 months and it’s included in your rent. The office will not help you, “ pest control will come soon “ is all you will hear. They have not offered to compensate me for lost food, clothing , and furniture nor give guidance on the proper steps to take. I have pictures and videos as well !

Worst apartment complex ever.

This is the worst apartment complex ever that I have lived in. I was living here for 10 years because it was close to my job. When I first moved in it was in the summer time so when winter came the next year it snowed thats when I got hit with a $500.00 light bill because the building is not insulated at all. You can stand next to the walls and feel the cold air coming through, the windows and patio door are single pane so of course all your heat is lost out the windows and doors. When you cut ...
the air conditioner on all you had to do it either hit the wall and it turned then the unit on or off. The apartment is not sealed to help with bugs getting in. On several occasions I have had wasps in my apartment and they would do nothing about it to fix the problem. They go through staff both office and maintenance like running water. The plugs in the apartment are is faulty, when you turn the light off or in the kitchen of hall bath the master lightd would go out. When I reported and issues with the complex they half fixed the problem everytime. You talk to the office staff they are rude and tell you lies.

The quality is poor. They do not come to fix anything. My refrigerator is is not working properly. I cannot put food in it because it will go bad as it has done. There a huge infestation problems with roaches. Pest has not been there at all since I have been there. I have reported this issue and once again nothing has been done. I have gone through numerous jugs of bug spray(Home Defense Max), put the wall plug ins, and the roach motels. There are still bugs. I saw them in the fridge. It is ...
overall sad. I have nothing in there... no furniture, food, nothing. I did not come with them & refuse to leave with them. Living here has been one huge disappointment. Looking for a new place.
