June 3, 2024I really enjoyed living at Manchester Place. The neighbors are super friendly and the place has a great vibe. There are a lot of amenities and they are well kept. The Worst
February 12, 2024I would stay clear of this place. Unsecured building. Management pushes off every complaint. No cameras which leads to theft and damage. Stinky odors everywhere. Extremely loud neighbors.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place all around
June 5, 2022This is absolutely the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Apartments are quiet. Parking garage so no snow on car in winter or hot car in summer. Trash chute on ever floor no more having to carry trash all the way outside and where thedumpster moght be located. Washer and Dryer in apartment no more having to share or wait my turn. Pet friendly. Staff is wonderful from office to maintenence attentive and friendly with prompt responses to all questions and service needs. Loved my time here!
April 25, 2022I just finished up a stint at The Residences at Manchester Place. It is very clean, has covered parking, and is located within walking distance to various downtown restaurants and bars. The management and staff were extremely attentive. In my time there, most issues were solved within an extremely short amount of time. It is great here
December 30, 2021I have enjoyed living here very much so far. The place is kept clean and peaceful. The building is in great condition. The staff work on making sure that the building is well maintained. All the staff members I have met have been friendly and helpful. I feel safe and secure living here. It is conveniently located due to the fact that Manchester is relatively close to many places like Boston and Portsmouth. This particular complex is also located in a great place within Manchester itself. It is ...easy to get to many places and roads that connect to other parts of town due to its location. Best apartment experience I've ever had
December 29, 2021We've loved living here and circumstances permitting, we'll be here a while longer. Pros: Significantly walkable Pet friendly Workout room with a good variety of machines Covered, secure parking Quiet apartments (I've only heard my neighbors when walking through the halls) Consistent hot water Big windows for lots of natural light (huge perk for me - I'm basically a houseplant) Friendly, helpful, responsive staff (maintenance included) Secure package room that's typically well ...organized Apartment building is well maintained Convenient garbage chute Cons: Due to the location (near Bridge St) the loud vehicles/motorcycles can be obnoxious. Best large large apartment building in Manchester, NH
December 23, 2021I moved to Manchester from Boston two years ago, and have enjoyed living here. I've never lived in a property with such responsive staff. For example, residents can either call or report an issue online and on week days even non urgent responses are addressed within 24 hours. Literally someone shows up at your door to investigate and fix immediately if possible. I've had staff show up within an hour after reporting! The property is well kept, pet friendly, and updated frequently. The staff ...are friendly and work to make everyone feel welcome, and do little things like decorate the common areas with holiday themes. I work from home currently and enjoy the large windows, covered parking, and easy access to downtown Manchester and highways for when I travel to Boston and beyond. Moving back to NH
December 9, 2021I have been living in Austin TX with my daughter while she went to college. But now I wanted to come back home. I chose Residences at Manchester Place after seeing what they offered. First thing if you’re going to live here in winter was a secure covered parking garage. Nice big rooms which are quiet and a community room I can use for work. A nice gym and if you have a dog or cat an animal washing station. The office staff is friendly and has a secure package room next to the mail room. The ...maintenance team is capable and always working to keep things tiptop and they are very friendly. I have to say compared to the places I rented in Texas, this is a real five star place.Property Manager Responded

A safe home
December 9, 2021We have lived here three years and love it. Recently my wife of 54 years developed dementia and I was immediately concerned about her safety. My fears were unnecessary as when I shared this with the staff they were both understanding and reassuring. They are wonderful with her and make her feel so comfortable. Also they are responsive anytime we need something fixed. Changing a light bulb to replacing an appliance, they do it right and with a smile. Perfect place to live
December 8, 2021The staff is wonderful and courteous. Always helpful when needed. They go out of their way to make sure the common areas are beyond clean and enjoyable. The system they use for packages works great and it’s all separated from other tenants.Property Manager Responded

Great Leasing Office Staff
September 27, 2020Stayed here on 1st Floor facing Bridge Street from 2017-2019. Left location due to job transfer Pros: 1. Front office staff and maintenance are excellent. They address your concerns in a quick manner and are very fair when it comes to refunding the security deposit. The ladies here were top notch 2. Location to downtown and the restaurants 3. Nice little set-up for the dog park 4. No issue with noise from neighbors Cons: 1. Highly recommend avoid having an apartment on the lower floor facing ...Bridge St. During the summer you can't open your window because of the cars and loud motorcycles. Recommend either facing towards the inner area or have apartment facing Kidder St 2. Watch your step in the dog area. There can be a crap issue 3. Be aware of your surroundings in the parking garage. Ran into "tweekers" a few times in the stairwell. There was a security vehicle that patrolled the garage, but not sure of the status currently. The city is responsible for keeping it secure, not the apartments. Never had issues with vehicle break-ins Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex if looking to move to Manchester.Property Manager Responded

Great location and apartment
June 22, 2020Lived here for 2 years and loved it. You can't beat the location downtown where you can walk to to all the nearby restaurants, shops and events. The office staff were very responsive, informative and professional. Maintenance requests were quickly completed. The apartment itself was modern and clean with high ceilings, large windows and plenty of space. The parking garage was also a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend!Property Manager Responded
