Great Place to Call Home
July 8, 2025Residences of Gahanna OH - I could not ask for a better response to a maintenance request I put in first thing in the morning. Joel and Jason came that same morning very professional and explained everything in detail to what they were doing to correct the issue. They also were very patient and answered any questions I had. You would never even know they had been there when they left. It is such a pleasure to live somewhere that you have confidence in calling maintenance knowing it will be taken ...care of. The office staff Meg and Monica has also been there very supportive in any concerns I have concerning my apartment. Anyone looking for a nice community to call home I would definitely recommend the Residences of GahannaProperty Manager Responded

Love this community!
December 15, 2023The apartments have been remodeled and they are amazing! Plenty of storage in the kitchen and bathrooms, and love that the entry, kitchen and bathrooms have LVT. New kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances and the bedrooms are roomy! Safe, quiet neighborhood and great neighbors! You will love all the amenities!Property Manager Responded

Loud, overpriced, poorly managed
July 8, 2023Very thin walls, neighbors partying and being extremely loud at all hours, routine issues with property go unresolved for weeks on end. No real management presence. You can find more for your money with far fewer headaches elsewhere. We will not be renewing our lease, and if it would cost us over 10k to break the lease, we would be doing so. Residence of Gahanna rocks!
March 2, 2023My experience with the Residence of Gahanna has been awesome so far! Bobby and the team have done an amazing job of making me feel welcome, being thorough in any needed maintenance, and creating a great sense of community through events and offering perks such as well-maintained facilities like the 24-hour fitness and business centers, being readily available to answer any questions or recommendations about the neighborhood, and extra bonuses like Starbucks coffee for residents. These apartments ARE spacious -- no kidding!
November 25, 2022I've lived at the Residences of Gahanna for over two years, and I've been very pleased with the community as a whole, the spacious apartments, and the friendly staff. The apartments are all being renovated, as well as the entire building's interior, so you should come see it for yourself. November 14, 2018If you’re looking for big kitchens, lots of space and a sense of community then look no further than Residences of Gahanna! I’ve lived here for a little over a year and have enjoyed my time here so much that I renewed my lease for two more years!
