Office staff tried to fool me with payments
March 7, 2023The payment system is unprofessional and charges you extra. It is only when you ask for a detailed breakdown you would understand the extra stuff you are paying for. The property staff and its management is rude. Would really suggest to look elsewhere and not go through what we have been for past 1 year.Property Manager Responded

Amazing place to live
March 28, 2018Initially I had a few other places in mind but after talking to Ashley the office manager she made my decision easy. The office staff is so relatable and easy to talk to. I love all the amenities that this place has to offer and the amazing customer service is what makes it stand out from the rest. I really love my floor plan and it’s quiet and affordable. VERY PLEASED!!
March 28, 2018I went in looking for a new place to call home and found the perfect spot. I was greeted at the Door by Ashley and told her what i was looking for. Awesome Community
March 1, 2018I had a really great stay at this community. Clean grounds & the staff is very professional & friendly. I loved how spacious and well maintained the apartments are as well. Maint. is always ready to make it easy to live here. The agent Leshae was very pleasant to work with & always ready to help. I would recommend this community to anyone moving to the Atlanta area. Office team neglects residents!

Management is Unprofessional, Unresponsive and Doesn’t Fix $$$ Mistakes
August 16, 2017Having been a resident for almost two months, I have been going back and forth with the management at both the physical location and the corporate office about money that is owed to me. It starts from the top. I have left voicemails and emails with both contacts (local and corporate) and while they will eventually get back to you, they give you the run-around on when you can expect your account to be corrected. At best, it’s gross mismanagement of a resident’s money. At worst, it’s a former ...employee disregarding company policy. I’ll continue to post on review sites, contact the BBB and escalate the issue until they resolve their mistake. I personally know property managers and they are shocked by the management of this situation. The only reason this apartment complex gets one star is that the maintenance staff is extremely responsive, friendly and professional. They listen to the residents and take care of any issues. If you are looking at these apartments, be wary of the management staff and document everything. Renter beware!Property Manager Responded

Looks can be deceiving
June 4, 2016This is a great place to live: The maintenance staff fixes issues in a timely manner, although through the cheapest route possible. This means that your one issue might need to e "fixed" a dozen times. The staff is polite. So polite that they will talk circles around your issue so that they do not truly provide answers/insights into your concerns. The complex has a pool! Certainly does, but do keep in mind that the pool is never open before Memorial Day. When the staff says, "Yes, our pool will ...be open for Memorial Day festivities to kick start the summer," what they really mean is, we have not scheduled our walk-through in time, and our pool will be closed weeks into the summer until the county can inspect our pool. THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE FOR TWO YEARS! Last summer, the pool did not open until close to July. Right now, we are already in the first week of June, and alas, the pool is still closed with an inspection scheduled for mid week next week. So, if all goes well, the pool will open halfway through June, resulting in less overall pool time compared to other, more efficient and professional complexes around the area. This may seem like a small issue, but it perfectly summarizes how the advertised amenities are actually quite deceiving. When it comes to rent, you will pay your rent online, as per their desire to GO GREEN! Yay, an apartment that cares about the environment What a rare find! Ha. What they do not tell you is that their online portal will glitch. When you receive a confirmation saying payment processed, your rent might not actually be payed. Then you are stuck with late fees that they will not forgive. In the 2 and a half years I have lived here, they have lost multiple payments from me, hit me with late fees because of glitches in their own computer system, and even changed the rules on where and how your dogs can be walked within the complex. They provide fields for pet use, but you are not allowed to play catch with your dogs. This complex is safe, quiet, and does not have pest issues. Its a great place to live in this area. A Perfect Retreat

April 24, 2014I have lived here since 2012. The apartments are beautiful and the area is even nicer. The management team are very helpful and know how to satisfy their residents. You have better options
July 5, 2013Amenities are disappearing as rents climb. The removal of the night deposit box... really was the straw that broke the camels back. My office is on Peachtree St. I NEVER make it home by 6:00. So how on earth can I pay my rent now that the night drop box has been removed. This is typical of the decisions which are in complete disregard for resident needs just like the decision to discontinue allowing residents to use the clubhouse, the decision to not stock the gym with water (we had water ...before), the decision to not heat the pool in spring or fall (they have a heater for the pool but don't use it), the decision to force the trash valet fee on residents. 36 days remaining on my lease!Property Manager Responded
