    Roaches everywhere and the office doesn’t care. Dirty people live here and there are homeless people everywhere. They’re charging us rent + $1,000 to leave instead of one fee. Worst place ever. Doesn’t look as nice as they make it look.

  • ROACHES!!

    Used to live here in a one bedroom that came with a studio and it was a NIGHTMARE at night. I would go to the kitchen to get a glass of water at night and there was NO WHERE I could step without stepping on a roach I mean it was INFESTED, and this was every night. Event though we kept the kitchen nice and tidy and not leave anything out it didn't work. We even tried terminating them ourselves and nothing seemed to work. We told the office about it and they did absolutely nothing and by the looks ...
    of it the place hasn't changed. I wouldn't recommend living to be honest. Management was of big help either they would take a long time to fix anything, whether it was the A/C or anything. If it wasn't for any of this I would've maybe considered staying there longer.

  • STAY AWAY PEOPLE!

    IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD HAVE! I moved into this place on August 30th 2021 and I Have Not been able to sleep there 1 night. Management forgot to mention that the apartment came with an INFESTATION OF ROACHES! It's been a week and still they've done nothing, I'm having to stay with relatives because I can't eat, drink, or sleep there. It's that bad! $1785 total fees that had to be paid to move in and it all went down the drain,ugh! DO NOT COME HERE! DISGUSTING!

    They won’t fix your stuff at these apartments my toilet hasn’t worked since the fifth My sink faucet shut off and hit me in the face and water squirted everywhere they won’t fix it it’s been that way for five days now I pay my rent 15 days early every month I can’t believe I can’t even go to the bathroom in my own house I’ve been sitting here for nine days without a toilet they won’t fix anything

    Great place to live unless you count on swimming. Management super nice. No problem tenants here. They evict trouble makers. But again. They advertise 2 pools.In 2018 only one pool was opened and it's sporadic, you can't count on coming home to relax by the pool or invite 2 guests to join you.Guests are only allowed if both pools are opened. Pool tags are provided but not always enforced. If you don't mind that issue.You will love it here.

    When I moved to this complex 2 years ago the set the bar high. My one bedroom one bath is very very nice. I don't know how long that apartment was occupied before I got it but it is very nice. My rent was 530 a month. My current two bedroom two bath is nothing like that. The rent for it is 670. I was told it was occupied since 2005 and would be redone. I wasn't able to see it before my move in date but when I did it was not what I expected. The bar was droped and I am not happy with it. Lots of ...
    items that need fixing. I took the list of repairs to the office and still waiting on repairs. As for the property it is clean, maintained, nice two pools. One Landry room with four washers and four driers. Staff is nice and maintenance also.
