June 19, 2017Just when I was about to give you a second chance. I read your reviews on here because they are clearly lies on google. I called to view apartments and request pricing on Friday. She was adamant about not sharing prices for 2 br over the phone. She said there was availability and to stop by. I let them know I would be there in five minutes. When I showed up, they rudely turned me away because they were getting the carpet cleaned in the office. I let them know I had just called and was told to ...come. I then decided I could accept a brochure for now. They told me they can't give me any information because the information I requested was in the office. Management does not enforce rules
October 21, 2016Do not waste your money of this place. Sure its beautiful on the outside but its not from the inside. The appliances are old, the "tile" was peeling off upon arrival. The edge of the carpeting is not done right (if you walk barefoot you can feel the nails) and there is a major pest problem. Don't waste your time or money on this DUMP......
September 22, 2015The prices are too high for what you are going to receive. I will admit the location is great. There is usually plenty of parking and never a problem with that. However, the lady that runs this property is so full of herself, not helpful, and if you have a problem about something regarding Ridge Pointe she gets defensive and is not very willing to fix the problem. They have pet policies but they're not enforced. People who live here just throw cigarettes/cigarillo wrappers wherever and it looks ...trashy. There are constant parties and noise disturbances. If you have a problem with anyone living near you don't expect Ridge Pointe to do anything about it. The appliances and apartments in general are getting older. The apartments are not secure and have a huge mold and pest control problem. I can't wait until my contract ends.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

September 22, 2015This place is run down and don't let the gated community fool you. These apartments are definitely not drug free, I can't even let my children play outside because of drugs being done in garages, parking lots and other common areas. Don't move here and think it's going to be quite because these low income people who live here are nothing but drunks and druggies.Reseña de Apartments.com
