Best Apartment Complex in Radford!!
February 2, 2022I have lived at Greenhill for 2 years and I can't say enough good things about it. It is fully furnished and exceptionally clean. When there has been a maintenance issue (which is rarely) they are quick to respond and fix any issues. The office staff is extremely helpful, polite, and professional, and they are always having events to get you acquainted with the community. The saltwater pool is absolutely amazing, and the clubhouse is an extra amenity providing a gym, tanning bed, and a place to ...unwind. The complex has not had any upkeep!
August 18, 2021Stay away! My son, a Radford student, moved in three weeks ago and the apt is trash. They put in a maintenance request for more then 20 problems and have not had anyone even show up to work on any of them. Even the front door lock that is not working correctly because it had been kicked in at one time. They can not use there dryer because the vent is missing. He has gone to the office on several occasions and has been told they put in a maintenance request but still no one!Reseña de Apartments.com
Great apartment and location for price
March 23, 2020I pay half the cost here of what i was paying elsewhere last year. Their prices are really good. The apartments are right on the river walk which I love. Best place to live in Radford
June 8, 2018Greenhill is a good place to live. Its close to campus and they offer lots of free events, shirts, food, and they just upgraded the internet. The units are furnished and well maintained. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Becky is super helpful and always willing to listen to me and my roommates about suggestions. It's cheaper than other places when you add up internet and utilities. Other then rent, I only pay electric here. Everything else is included. The pool & free tanning is my ...fav!! Everything is always clean too not like the other places I've visited in Radford. My roommates and I love living here and have renewed for another year. February 26, 2018As a graduate student with lots of friends at different apts in Radford, I can tell you without a doubt that Greenhill is your best bet. Visiting my friends at their apts as given me a complete understanding for "you get what you pay for". They ALL wish they lived here at Greenhill so they could've saved money while at school but they thought it was too far away. Although you cross the bridge, Greenhill is pretty close to campus. Which is kinda funny since they all chill at my place. I also have ...a fully furnished unit & my own washer/dryer in my unit. They just upgraded the internet (also free) and I get to keep my dog here. The cable, water & trash is also free. While comparing what we each pay for housing, I pay $250 LESS each month than my friends are paying. I've also never had any issues with the office or maintenance people. If you like saving your money, just live at Greenhill. The staff are helpful and not in your business all the time like at the other places in town.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2018I moved into Greenhill this past August and it was the best decision I could have made about coming to Radford!! My apartment was very clean upon move-in and anytime I need anything repaired, the staff and maintenance team are very quick, friendly, and helpful. January 3, 2018I love living at Greenhill. I have a large bedroom and my own bathroom. I am able to have my dog here and we love how close we are to the park. The internet is free with my rent and that is helpful too. I was roommate matched and that worked out wonderfully. Horrible Management, Bad Place to Live
August 30, 2017Management is horrible and the apartment itself isn't anything special either especially for the price. The apartments are furnished and cable and internet is included, but the furniture is dated and falling apart and the internet and cable are less than stellar. When I first moved in my belongings were stolen by someone who worked for Greenhill and my experience did not get much better. I was charged for couch damage and bar stool damage that was there prior to when I moved in. Management is ...rude and hateful compared to the old staff who I originally signed my lease with. June 26, 2017Greenhill is the dirtiest place I have ever had to stay in. I thought I was getting a good deal by not having to pay water, sewer, cable, internet, and whatever else they pay, but the amount of bugs in the apartment make me wish I lived anywhere else even if it costs more.
