old. Laundry room needs to seriously be remodeled. The homeless is a huge issue in the area, they are all around the building, using our walls as their bathroom and leaving their trash all around our building; it's embarrassing to even have company over. Right across the building is a liquor store where gang members love to hang out daily smoking and drinking all day/night. I do not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood. The manager is super sweet and tries her best to keep the building from falling apart, but you can tell she is stuck with minimal resources as the owner seems to be tight on money to improve the building. Repaint the outside of the building, hire a weekly cleaning crew, fix the front gate intercom, install more cameras as car break in's are big thing here, remodel the laundry room and get modern washers/dryers, hire a night security! Rent goes up, washer/dryer price go up when they do nothing to improve the building.
