It's been almost a year since I moved in, and the air conditioner has broken down about 20 times, and sometimes even if you ask for a repair, it won't come for 2-3 days. I get an email saying the issue has been resolved. The repair request history is not showing. Not only the air conditioner but also the ceiling of the house below is leaking, so we visited our house for a few days to repair it. Apparently, there's no problem. Even after repairs, the house downstairs still has a complaint that
...water drops from the ceiling. On a rainy day, even if my house closes the windows, the water drops from above. I've asked for the air conditioner repair five times since yesterday morning, but it didn't come until this evening. Nonetheless, we didn't get angry. It's 84 degrees now. Even if I have a 3-month-old baby, it doesn't get processed quickly. In the winter, I even spend the night without a heater. I've tried to keep my fetus warm. They don't fix fans to the ceiling for a year. I might have to buy one. I post realistic and honest reviews without any bad feelings at all.
