This is the pattern till about mid November. So you get a break from the high power till about mid march and then it’s back to struggling again. I will add that this is even with a brand spanking new central air system. The only benefit that I see is that it is close to schools. Other than that you would be better off economically renting an apartment. The numbers look good on paper but after you start living here that is not the case. It is way cheaper, and more beneficial renting an apartment. With rosewood estates your renting the land and getting nothing in return….zero benefits

The manager told me that the only way I would be able to stay would be if I were to purchase the home and I did everything I could , but no matter what I did , somehow I came short to not being able to purchase the home. Always some excuse of why I wouldn't be able to buy it at the price it was at the time, of course they raised the price as soon as we moved out. We spent days spot cleaning everything there , it looked like it was new tenant ready but when I received what was left of my security deposit it was almost nothing. These people DO NOT care about you, just money. We were forced to have to stay with family because we were tossed to the streets and can't afford to live somewhere affordable now because of the housing market these people took full advantage of. Similar homes that were $60k they are now selling for $130k+ . We had constant issues with the mobile home we were renting and serious issues that were never really fixed . Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else if at all possible.

clients left and right. Every other month, someone is going and someone is coming, the traffic is ridiculous. Don't let me get started on the poor performance of the staff, especially maintenance. I have worked for a not for profit organization in construction and can assure you that these so called professionals are lazy, inconsiderate, inexperienced morons. They cruise through the streets on there cart, allowing nails and screws fall off the back where I and several others in this complex have punctured tires and have had to waste money replacing them. Come by and check the streets. The pavement on the west side is still NOT repaved. Check the reviews folks, they can't all be mad.
